Ease of ordering, delivery and returns
I was impressed with the ease of ordering, flexible delivery options (which include free delivery to a store) and returning (they even include a returns label). My refund was also processed promptly. Regrettably, I had to return a lovely linen shirt which was too short in the body.

Great service in shop who pointed me to the website for size they hadn’t got in stock. Website was easy to navigate and delivered quickly the exact item I wanted.

Friendly Fatface
The clothes are good quality and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and helpful and the changing rooms in Falmouth are wonderful and spacious.

I had to return a pair of boots and wanted to exchange them for something else the staff at Falmouth fat face were fantastic so helpful and kind.

I purchased a Jumper for my husbands…
I purchased a Jumper for my husbands birthday, unfortunately it was to big, I couldn't find the receipt. I took it back for an exchange I they were very good about it and was able to exchange with no problem. Thank you would shop there again

Cool calm professional service.
The shop was busy (Saturday afternoon) and I had to return something which was too small for my granddaughter. I was served by the most charming polite and gracious young woman who could not have done more to deal with my return. I accepted a refund via a voucher to which I added more to make the voucher (a gift for my granddaughter) up to £50. She was cool and calm and handled the quite complicated transaction quickly and in with attention to detail. A delight to listen to her polite and courteous manner. Her name is Holly and I hope she is valued by the company.

A feel good experience throughout
This brand creates clothing that people can actually wear and feel comfortable in. The fabrics are soft and made from a lot of natural fibres or recycled ones. The designs range from very casual to something special for an occasion or night out. Nothing is garish. Colour palettes are beautifully chosen to reflect the seasons and nature. I love that I can buy something every season and build up a collection over time that always works for me. I don’t like “fast fashion” so I don’t like brands which look dated before the garments have had any wear out of them.
The stores are very attractively presented with their signature rustic, rugged style. The soundtrack is not overpowering, it has a laid back, easy going vibe. The staff are friendly, cheerful and lovely people.
The website is easy to navigate and the clothing is presented by models of all age groups, body types and ethnicities (often for each garment too) which is great.
