I found the staff friendly & helpful & I was happy with my purchase of a hoody in a different colour to the much loved one from Fatface that I already have. It was a bonus that it happened to be in the sale.

I went into store really unhappy as hadn’t received my order. The MOS I saw in the Ely branch turned my experience from very negative on Fat face to very positive really fantastic service thank you.

I brought a pair of shorts from my…
I brought a pair of shorts from my local store in Ely. They were in the sale which helped. So I new what size fitted me. They had others but not the correct size. So I went online and brought 2 more pairs of shorts again in the sale and correct size. Very happy. Who pays £42 for shorts anyway. Half the material as trousers ! Delivery was on time and guess what they fit :-)

Superb company
FatFace do super quality clothing at a good price. Their clothes wash and wear really well. They have a great selection of styles and beautiful fabrics.
The staff in the Ely store are brilliant, always friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure to go in there.

Visited twice to try on and buy a pair of jeans only to find that no sizes above 14 were stocked. Completely size-ist and alienating to have to be unable to shop in store.

Very bad experience. Pathetic customer service.
Very bad experience
Ordered 2 items. The gift code for 50 pounds and above never worked. When opened the package one item was missing. There was no intimation regarding this prior to the delivery. Had to chase customer care to find out the silly reasons on what went wrong and for the refund. Not sure why debiting money on the first place if not going to deliver the products ordered.
Never going to buy again or recommend to anyone.
