It's always a pleasure to shop at FatFace. The clothes are suitable for all ages, being colourful , well-made and reasonably priced. Browsing there is great, with helpful staff on-hand when needed. I find it hard to walk past without venturing in and all the many items I have purchased have remained favourites over the years.

The staff in Ely are friendly, helpful and professional.

Ordering was so easy online.
Conformation was quick.
The follow up saying my item was ready to pick up, was also a welcome piece of advice as it was early.
Then to top it all of the member of staff that dealt with me was very polite and helpful.

Comfortable and well made shirt. Bought online with delivery to a local shop which went well.

Love the coat I received and have always had amazing customer service in my local branch. Always go out of their way in making sure you get what you need.

Quick and easy to use the website. Always convenient ordering to the store rather than to home, especially when work is busy. Staff at the Ely store were so helpful upon collecting the parcel (as were customer service on the phone when I had to check if the order had arrived - and that was only because the email went to my junk folder as the sender was not in my address book 😅 - sender now added!)Really good quality products as always.

The staff in Fat Face are always so friendly and helpful. It must be a real pain having to trek off to the back room to fetch my stream of click and collect orders. Yet they do it with a nice smile. I also like the faster turnaround on click and collect orders now, it's really handy. The t shirt I ordered was great quality as usual.

Nice coat, and available in tall fitting, brilliant. The delivery is at the end of the day you book for collection so you need to book for the day before

Very slow delivery. Nearest shop closed, so much longer journey to collect parcel. Only one garment worn so far.

The store is always well presented, clean and tidy. The staff are friendly efficient and helpful.
On this occasion, I was actually returning an item for exchange as I had purchased the wrong size 2 days earlier. It was all very straight forward. (And this time I tried it on :)

What lovely service I received in here . Friendly and helpful . They were really interested in what I wanted and went out their way to show me items they thought I would like . They took time to ask me my style and colours I liked . 10 out of 10 .

Delivery was super quick!

Terrible experiance. I ordered a hoodie on 8th June 2025, meant to be delivered to the shop in a few days but received an e-mail that delivery is delayed. Went to the shop to check in person, the shop assistant checked with the customer service and they don't have that hoodie in a werehouse and they have no idea when it could be shipped from the supplier. We ordered it so we have a present for Father's Day (on 15th June), and we had to buy something else instead. Still no news about our order. Why offer delivery to be ready for a pick up in a couple of days if the item is not even available? Absolute joke and a terrible service. Not the Ely shop's fault. It's the online ordering service that lacks any organisation and knowledge about their own stock.
