I went to Edinburgh Fatface with my returns, all were too big, and having looked online, there were none my size. When I explained this to the girl she sort out my size in the fort Kinnaird branch for the next day, and had them put by. She also got one of the cardigans from their stock. When I got to Fort Kinnaird branch, they had so much more, I ended up with three jumpers and a pair of gloves, my daughter bought gloves too. A very successful trip. So thank you to the girl that served me.

Excellent Customer Service
I've always liked FatFace products and have had many items of clothing over the years. This is my first purchase of an item for the home: Linen Duvet cover in green. I love linen and it is amazing to sleep under. I always get great service and this time was no different. I purchased this online but my go to store is Edinburgh George Street where the staff are amazing.

Changing room didn't help
Changing room didn't help, dark and very busy shop. Not a flattering cut for my shape. Nice velvet, colour on a younger person would be fine.

Very helpful staff - I took back a shirt to exchange for a larger size and although there wasn't one in the store - the assistant ordered me one to be sent to my home.

I bought a pair of sandals last April…
I bought a pair of sandals last April for the summer , I wore them 3 months and both soles cracked. As I've relocated to US I was only able to return them end of October but I had the receipt. I was told because I had worn them everyday that's why this had happened & I was over the 6 month policy . I was extremely disappointed with the service & seems extremely unfair to treat regular customers in this way . As I left both the manager & the colleague laughed , I went back to ask why & the manager said she was just checking her colleague was ok. I found them extremely unprofessional & will never shop there again & will be telling all my friends& family !
