I've always found Fatface clothes great value for money. Fatface tunics are my favourite and are made in very colourful fabrics!

Really courteous staff dealt with my return very efficiently- my daughter then made an additional purchase- so often happens when we visit FatFace stores

Unable to return at the shop I collected from!! …
I did Click & Collect from a FatFace shop which was fine until I tried to return them (they were too small!) When I took them back to the shop I was told I'd have to return them by post as I'd paid by PayPal!! Apparently this was in case I hadn't yet paid the full amount (I offered to show the proof that I had) Really inconvenient and ridiculous policy!!

I am a fan of FatFace clothing because their clothing is of good quality and design. I shopped in store today and bought a jumper in the sale. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Returned as see through
I ordered the white duvet set having read the reviews - the colour is definitely off white but that didn’t matter to me. I returned the set because the linen is very see through - it would show the duvet and pillows underneath (my hand was clearly visible through it). I have other linen bedding where this is not the case (albeit in darker colours)

Comfy jeans
Tried on the Elsie wide leg jeans in shop the perfect fit so ordered in another colour ( 5.5ft and regular length just right with trainers really hope won’t shrink in wash ) so comfy to wear . Ordered on Thursday ready to collect on the Tuesday quicker than I thought… great service

Have just loved FatFace this summer for me and for hubby- and have converted 3 friends too! Spent a fortune in sale! But great value for good quality. The Aderyn jumpsuit in 3 colours - love 💕
Customer service excellent too in store - finding me the only jumpsuit left in the country in my size! - and via email after hiccup with refund which was resolved with no fuss. My go to shop- have moved on from WhiteStuff!

Green denim jacket ordered for click and collect
I ordered online for click and collect as the item I wanted wasn't available in my local store. The process was easy and delivery quick. The staff in the Eastbourne store are always friendly and it is always a delight to visit.

Fatface makes the nicest clothes! But please stock more girls’ clothes in your stores!
Fatface is my favourite store (pretty much my whole wardrobe is Fatface!) and the staff at Eastbourne are so friendly and approachable. I love shopping here!
I would love to see more children’s clothes in store however. My 10 and 9 year old daughters love Fatface clothes and at their age shopping in store over online is important.
