My order came very promptly but…
My order came very promptly but unfortunately the dress I ordered didn’t really suit me. I was able to return the item without any hassle to my local store. Very happy to order again from FatFace.

I shop in FatFace Cork regularly. I’ve never had poor customer service, the staff are always friendly & obliging, always willing to go the extra mile. The atmosphere is always welcoming even during busy times like Christmas & Sales. Special shout out to Robyn & Caroline.

FatFace Kenmare
Love the clothes, excellent quality and accurate sizing. But the best thing about FatFace, Kenmare in Cork are the wonderful staff. They made our trip sooooo much more enjoyable and even brought our a table with crayons for our two kids. The ladies were super helpful and lovely to deal with.

Thankyou for my order. I was delighted when the courier knocked with my goody bag. Bag arrives in good condition, contents neatly packaged. Instructions on any returns very easy to follow. Quality of items just as shown and described. Very happy with service will use again and highly recommend!!

The Shop Assistant was pleasant and helpful. She explained everything to me about the online refund process, because I needed to return one of the items I bought online and I also bought a lovely blouse, whilst at the shop.
