It’s always been a good experience to…
It’s always been a good experience to go to this sop in Conwy.
About yesterday. Both of the staff members were very friendly in helping me. The gentleman greeted me on my way out in Afrikaans ( my native tongue) which was a surprise to me. So we had a short discussion. But I can recommend them both. Good customer service 👏

Too much packaging 📦
As I was in town I phoned the store to see if my delivery had arrived to be told it hadn't. 45 minutes after the phone call and after
I had arrived home, I received an email to say it was in-store. A text message would have been quicker and better. On collecting it 3 days later I was shocked to pick up a large box. I was only expecting an envelope as I had only ordered the Stevie book! Way too much packaging Fat Face.

Great chinos
I've had quite a few Fatface chinos over the years and these latest Slim Coastal chinos are just as good. Great fit and quality as ever. Staff at the Conwy store always friendly and helpful

Great clothes
Great clothes, suit anyone, well made, nice shops and staff, men's shirts could do with being a few inches longer, no good for men 6foot and over, polo shirts for men in large could do with being slightly wider, next sizer for large r perfect, but fat face is far better quality, slightly alter the sizes and would be perfect,
