Thanks to all the amazing staff at FatFace Bromley for making my shopping experience so personal and perfect!

Just wanted to say a hugh thank you to Rebecca for her patience with me and her honesty in helping me pick out the perfect choice. You are simply the best, lovely smile to welcome customers especially the regular ones and your customer service care is always so amazing! Thank you for always looking after me, you are the best!

Also thank you to MJ who is my friend and financial advisor and support, you are always ready to help me with anything I am interested in buying, thanks for all your customer support and contribution to my purchases!

Great shopping experience with FatFace! My order arrived quickly, and the quality of the items exceeded my expectations. Comfortable, well-made, and stylish—will definitely shop again!

I received a pair of your “Kaia Dark Natural Faux Fur Cuff Mules” slippers as a Christmas present from a younger sibling and I noticed the bottom of the sole was coming away from the shoe (end of January) Now it’s the 6th Feb and the whole sole is basically hanging on by the smallest bit (on my right slipper) After only a month!? And for a £30 pair of slippers I think that is shocking 😳🤬 Primark £2/£3 slippers would of lasted longer to be honest 😆 so I do NOT recommend fatface slippers x

If I could give a lower score then I would!!! I am appalled by the behaviour and language of the manager at the Bromley store. Unfortunately, thefts in the retail sector must be a nightmare for the company and managers alike.

However, the ethnicity of a thief is NOT a defining factor based on skin colour, gender or age.

As a resident of Bromley, the Fat Face store was one I regularly frequented but after hearing the following statement by an employee, on the shop floor, with customers around, "keep an eye on that guy as he is black."

As an ethnic minority male, I am grievously offended by this statement and will therefore boycott the Bromley store.

Quick fast delivery of a great product

Bromley shop has the friendliest, most helpful assistants. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to give excellent service. A big thankyou to the staff there.

Unfortunately my order was delivered to the wrong store so I had a much longer wait two weeks from ordering! When it did srive very pleased

Delivered to store for me to pick up - arrived before promised time. In store staff were friendly - offered me the chance to try the garment on instore before I left. Item is gorgeous, as expected, and fits perfectly!

Visited Bromley store towards end of day om a Saturday. We were drawn to the men's sale items and the sales assistant was so friendly and encouraging thatvwe spent £168 ! A great member of the team with a respectful approach towards my son using his wheelchair. A welcoming and friendly store.

The staff are always so polite & helpful. The clothes are great - great style, great colours and a great fit.

How refreshing to go into a store and get great customer service.

The friendliness and efficiency of the staff when I collected my item. However, I do wish you carried more xxxl items in store instead of having to order on-line.

Mary-Jane was so friendly and attentive. The store was very busy due to the current sale and she still found time to make me feel like a valued customer. She gave some great styling advice regarding an embroidered top that I really liked but wasn't sure what to wear with. An absolute credit to the team! I'll be back after the sale is over to have a look at the new stock.
