Good quality clothes and even better value in sale. Bristol cabot store were amazing - had a return, collection and exchange to do but Faye (I think!) was so friendly throughout and nothing too much trouble. Really great shopping experience both online and in store

Super slippers
Ordered my slippers and they arrived at the shop within a week. I was kept informed of the journey. I collected them from Bristol Cabots Circus and was served by a polite , charming young nan. The slippers are great, light, comfortable and warm

I love the range of colours at FatFace
I love the range of colours at FatFace. So many more colour palates than most of shops. The quality of fabric is good as it the cut. The staff are pleasant and helpful without being intrusive. The changing rooms have good colour correct lighting and space.

I went to fat face in Bristol to return a velvet jumpsuit I didn’t like. Sharon, the assistant suggested I tried the wrap over top instead in a smaller size. It fitted well and she gave me some positive and useful feedback.
I also bought a skirt and sweater because I liked her relaxed way of selling clothes.

Terrible communication
I called to ask the availability of a product. Was told they had them in stock. Reserved them. Went to collect them a few days later and they were sold.
I was then told as soon as they came back in sock I could get an email or phone call. Still wondering if they'll ever call or write....
Ended up going online and ordering them to arrive even though I work 2 minutes from the store. A colossal waste of everyone's time.

I can confirm that sadly this is not a service we currently offer in regards to Notification of Stock, I have passed this onto the appropriate department for future consideration.

Got this dress with 20% off fits perfect wore it out for high tea so comfortable. Have one like it from fat face already and it’s a few years old but still perfect. Thanks
