The process was quick and easy. The hoody was ordered,emails kept us informed. We picked it up, tried it in and was very pleased with the result.

Ordered a small sweater as reviews said that they came up large and there was only small in stock. It was a bit snug though, so have returned. Order in the sale and have not got any larger sizes.
