The jeans were ordered in for me as I required short.
I returned them as I found a similar pair for £18 less in M and S.

Similar quality but still too high waisted

I ordered some dresses for a wedding which came into store ( Beverley). The ladies in store helped me so much - advised a different size, managed the returns and ordering, recognised me when I came back in etc. Everything was smooth and they were lovely. And the dress is just right!

I tried a size 14 R on in store and they were big on the waist. I then tried a 10 as no size 12 available. To my surprise they fit really well. Very flattering and comfortable. They were still a little short. The assistant pointed out that as these were cropped if I wanted a pair to sit on a shoe then I should go for a long.
I ordered online and they are perfect.
I usually wear a size 14 short so buying a 10 Long seems weird. They are cropped and I wanted a regular length.

I was looking for a denim jacket in a specific style, more boxy than too fitted.
The shop assistant was so lovely, showing me all the denim jackets and I found The One. There was a blouse I had seen the week before but was no longer on the shop floor. The assistant went to the stock room and still had one in my size.
It was like a personal shopper experience. Such lovely service and friendly manner.

It was very easy to put in my order. The order arrived quite quickly. Unfortunately three of the items didn’t fit. I returned them to the shop. And got the size I needed.
