Order arrived promptly. I was able to try the dresses on there and then and quickly return the one that was too big. Staff were very helpful and prompt fetching my order and sorting out my returns.

Seasonal sparkle
I popped in to Fat Face in Ashbourne on the way home from work to buy something with a bit of seasonal sparkle and I am now the proud owner of a beautiful cream wool sparkly dress which I can't wait to wear. The advice and assistance that I was given by Di and her team was both personalised, attentive and made for a lovely shopping experience that left me feeling that I was a valued customer. Love Fatface clothes
Love Fatface clothes. Great quality and great designs. Particularly love the t-shirts and sweatshirts with designs on, the airlie sweaters and vest tops with designs on. I like the muted tones and the more traditional vintage look designs from the original collections.

Love the shop
Love the shop, just wish it was bigger. Ashbourne is some 50 miles from home, I love the townevery time I visit the town, I go to Fat face, most times I will purchase something. Size is a bit of an issue, several times the item I want is not available in the shop. Otherwise. Nice shop, nice location and the staff are always cheerful and friendly.

Fantastic customer service
Went into the Ashbourne store as I was looking for a particular sale dress( ended up buying more) The staff were super helpful

Quick refund
Sadly had to return an item…on the plus side able to do so at local branch and quickly refunded.Maybe a bad day for the sales assistant as not at all friendly. Not the usual person who always has a smile and greeting.
