I visited the Ambleside store today. The assistant was super helpful and when I said I was in the Lakes training for a Coppafeel Trek (cancer charity) in the Isle of Skye she told me how to contact the brand to let them know what I’m doing. I’ve shopped at Fatface for years and this was by far one of the nicest experiences.

Visited this shop and browsed for a few minutes. A wonderful lady member of staff called Emma approached me and I complimented her on the dress she was wearing, fat face merchandise, well from there it was the best shopping experience ever for me. I tried the dress on, she brought me a cardigan to try on with it then I also tried on a jumpsuit, again she was full of positive comments and made me feel valued. This lady certainly needs to be in a training position to educate sales staff in their approach to people. She went above and beyond to make me feel good. I applaud you Emma! 3 items purchased for me and 2 items purchased for my partner…. We will be back!

Popped into Fatface in Ambleside to find a woollen jumper. The service was outstanding. Really helpful and offered to order something in to arrive tomorrow. Didn’t need to as I found a jumper to fit. Emma-Jane could not have been more attentive or helpful.

Came in for a browse at Ambleside. Served by a blonde woman and a brunette man both with glasses. We had a great banter at the tills over gift cards and your wealth of choices ;) ended up going for the birthday one after some encouragement. They were great and loved how relaxed it felt.

Emma was so so amazing. She helped us with getting clothes, giving advice on colours and clearly had knowledge of the product. She is the reason I would certainly shop with fat face Ambleside again over other locations.

A lovely experience and staff went above and beyond to help my mum choose a dress. Emma was particularly helpful

The helpful staff that nothing was a trouble for ,my first time in this store but most certainly won’t be the last.Both Emma and Ann are a credit to your company and are 100% customer oriented and very helpful,it was a pleasure to be served in a shop rather than being ignored.

Love Ambleside FatFace because staff are always so friendly and helpful. Bought one T-shirt but then ordered more online in different colours - great quality! My husband really likes them. Quick efficient service.

I have just had a great experience in your store in Ambleside. I believe it was the manager who helped me find the correct sizes and provided shoes and sandals to try on with the outfits. The pants are not only comfortable but also stylish, blending functionality with a great look. The assistants Emma and Ann were incredibly friendly, always wearing smiles and going out of their way to assist me. Lovely staff, very attentive. When in fitting room was asked if anyone needed other sizes which was very helpful as my husband was off fusing someone’s dog 😆. Server was Jess, lovely lady
