FatFace - ALNWICK Recensioni 

I was helped by Julie in the Alnwick store . She was helpful and friendly . She was by far the best retail assistant I met in Alnwick today .

We visited the FatFace store in Alnwick on Thursday 24 July. We frequently visit this particular shop and are always greeted very graciously. On this occasion we were served by Lauren. She made us feel extremely welcome and engaged us in a very enjoyable and informative conversation about the importance of purchasing the correct type of sun glasses. It was a joy to have met her, and certainly made the purchasing of an expensive pair of glasses less painful. We will certainly be back to FatFace in Alnwick very soon!! Thank you Lauren!!

The shop in Alnwick is delightful. Full of lovely clothes laid out carefully, and easy to navigate. The people working there are helpful and attentive without making you feel obliged to purchase something or to hurry up and leave!

Website easy to navigate, collection at our local shop was easy and on time.My husband was very pleased with his TALL tshirts as he is 6ft 7 ins ,but a slim build. More extra long trousers and PJs and also longer length shorts please fatface and then we would be over the moon !!! I'm sure there is a market for this nowadays especially among rugby players etc !!!

Went in with my daughter for a browse. Ended up buying bobbles and a hat. Staff were very friendly. Especially lauren who served us. Very attractive not going to lie... My daughter wants me to go back and buy more bobbles.

Got gorgeous earings from here. Very friendly staff who recommended places to visit.

Did click & collect unfortunately having been told the item was ready to collect when I arrived at the shop it hadn’t been delivered. A wasted journey! In the evening I received an email saying it would be delayed, but no confirmation on actual delivery date. Poor experience all round!

First visit to this shop where I was greeted by two pleasant members of staff, who also made a fuss of my toy poodle. The clothes were well displayed with a lovely choice available - resulting in a purchase of 2 tops and 2 cardigans which I chose to try on at home. They were beautiful, so I hope they fit well.

we have a FatFace shop in Alnwick now,the shop is bright and colourful with their range of clothes, I went in to buy my daughter a pair of gloves and with me being little I asked if someone could help, there was no hesitation to help the young assistant handed me down 2pairs of gloves they were so good I told her I would have both, the quality was really good, Staff were happy helpful and polite , they also have some beautiful pieces of jewellery which I think I will go back and treat myself to a couple of pieces, Some items are a bit expensive but quality counts , Thank you for your service on the 17th of November well worth your 5 stars
