I love all things fat face jeans fit me correctly jumpers too I have to go up a size as I’m too heavy! Bought plenty of accessories from hand bags to boots & jewellery.

My fave person,Robyn in today. Always sooooo helpful. Will give honest,unbiased opinions which I really appreciate. Such a lovely person. Obviously came out of the store with something!!!! Thanks Robyn. See you soon. Xx

Andrew at the Abergavenny store, went above and beyond in order for me to get my dress on time for my night out!! My dress hadn't arrived when it was supposed to, I spoke to Andrew, who contacted customer services, they apologised for the delay but assured it would be with me the end of the day and it was!! A big shout out to Andrew 😀 x

Thank you so much, had wonderful service from Robyn, she went above and beyond to help me find an outfit that was breastfeeding friendly. She took time to help me and suggest clothes that I would never have looked at and when I tried them on they were perfect. So lucky to have this fat face in abergavenny, it’s my go to place. Robyn saved me from being a very stressed out mumma, thanks again

Ordered 2 tee shirts for my husband . The quality was exceptional but one was a little skimpier than the other so returning it for a bigger size.

Easy to navigate website and picked up from local shop a day earlier than expected. The quality of the clothing was above average and colours were exactly as they looked online.

I still haven’t received my order and have had no communication from either FatFace or the courier

Robyn was incredible in the Abergavenny store today! My mum was struggling to hold my sleeping baby so gave her a seat so I could try on some clothes I really needed. Big shout out and a big thank you!

Placed order on-line. Delivered on time as promised, which was to my local store. Only one of the two items I ordered was available at my local store hence why ordered tge items on-line. Easily wrapped although the delivery was virtually a week. Staff in local store were kind and helpful as always in this store and they also explained return procedure.

Since Next have bought FatFace you can't see your previous orders online in your account which had made things very difficult for my husband when he had a faulty jumper that started to come apart as he could not find the order number nor could customer services, which is very odd. I also like to check my previous orders in my account especially when buying gifts for people. Plus free delivery has ended. It would also be good if when shopping online your items would stay in your basket for say an hour to 2 hours to enable you to look for other items without risking the ones you want selling out before you go to pay. Otherwise you lose what you want, it's so frustrating. Local store could do with being twice the size. Staff are great.

Speedy and efficient service.

I had seen the Ava Purple Backpack on line, but wanted to see what it actually looked like and to check it was a good size.
I popped into the Abergavenny store and was greeted by 2 very friendly members of staff, Andrew and Millie, they were both most helpful letting me look at said bag to check it was what I needed, they even removed the packing so i could see the pockets inside, nothing was too much trouble. They didn't have the colour i wanted in stock, so kindly ordered it for me to be delivered to store in Abergavenny.
Upon collection I was greeted by Eira and Erin, who were both friendly and welcoming and made the process easy and trouble free, they also let me check to see the colour was what I expected, unpacking and repacking for me to take away.
The overall shopping experience was great, very attentive members of staff, giving amazing customer service.
I would definitely recommend Fatface Abergavenny ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
