We appreciate you letting us know about your experience, and we’re sorry for the disruption you encountered.
When you visited the site, we were affected by a temporary nationwide GitHub outage. Since GitHub supports parts of our website’s infrastructure, this unexpected issue caused access problems for some users and was outside of our control.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry for the frustration this caused.
Remote notarization is regulated at the state level, and unfortunately it isn’t currently permitted where you’re located. We understand how frustrating it can be to discover that limitation at the end of the process.
After you reached out, we processed a full refund on January 15. If you have any additional questions or need help in the future, our support team is always happy to assist.
Is Anybody there?
We have tried continuously for weeks and weeks to get in contact with this company. We call during hours listed on the site only to hear a recording to call during business hours. On occasion if we do get a hold of Zach's sister (who answers the phone: “Hello” with no business identifier) who can’t help us. We’ve tried to do a contact support from the site to no avail. Even Zach himself said he would send an email; but didn’t follow up.

This is a fantastic product
This is a fantastic product. It is very user-friendly and gets the job done. We have been putting off doing a will (not something most people are looking forward to doing) and the Fastwill process was painless and informative.
