Christian and his team were brilliant in purchase of my new home. They made the process very easy from my side and provided regular support if needed through the process. Christian was always available to answer any questions and very pleasant to deal with.

Offer accepted means nothing with this agent. Keeps advertising the property with a lowered asking price. Total disappointment as the property would need planning permission which would need payment to the architect and to the council.

I could not recommend Christian highly enough to anyone buying or selling their home. As a single seller with little knowledge about the process this could have been daunting but Christian’s knowledge, dedication and clear passion for his career made this a total breeze! My house selling within two days of it being on the market was just the beginning, and immediately lived up to the name of the business. Not only was he available at any time of the day to answer any questions or for reassurance, but he was incredibly tenacious in progressing the sale of the property, including the recommendation of and liaising with a brilliant solicitor, liaising with chain agents and solicitors and provided me with regular updates, sometimes just a well-being check in phone call.
