This is an honest review. I was skeptical with game purchase websites at the beginning, previously use other platforms and even have good credentials, but some new games aren't available in older sites. Found IDOT and read the review, some sounded like bot created good review but decided to give them a chance. I paid for the maxed out account at the highest price.

They came online around 12pm cest (website shows their operating hours starts 10am), initially I thought its just another unreliable website. However, to my shocking experience, the moment they clock in, they get to work instantly. I started with live chat agent, and he/she gave me full attention, from giving me full details of all my enquiries to guiding me into my purchase. Everything was easy, they were very honest and upfront about whats coming and what I'll be getting, or even any potential risks I'll be going through, and ways to avoid such risks.

The account was delivered well under 45 mins from payment, which was pretty fast. I received my full account details. Happy with my purchase.

However, after several days I came across some issue in the game (not account related issues), just personal issues. Thought there will be no chance but decided to speak to live agent again to see if they can come up with any solutions. This time they were online at 11am. They came up with the perfect solution for me within 2 mins from my typing, without even me elaborating much. It was a perfect outcome, and I was shocked and surprised to get such top notch services from a new or unknown game account website. Being thankful and appreciative, I've decided to write them a good review, and to continue support them with purchases for my game needs. TQ!

They will add the currency you purchased, but the no ban add is a LIE.

I added gems to Eternium and I got banned, the game support itself confirmed it as they saw a third party app add the currency. Yes, it is my fault for using services like this, but they should not have a no ban guaranteed which is a LIE.

Please do not use unless you want to lose your game profile and either start again or retire from said game.

SCAM service, they replied here because of bad review but I NEVER got a reply from them directly or any offer to fix problem, its already been a few days.

I’d like to leave a review that hopefully stands out among the others, I of course like most people would have doubts about something like this, However, after going through the process in turns out my doubts were unwarranted. I received what I asked for within the stated time limit. I used the live chat feature to speak with someone who was able to provide excellent support incredibly quickly and helped reassure me. Absolute worth it compared to the gouging prices that the actual game itself gives.

The game was not provided to me that I have to contact the game support with no resolution.

The experience was great. Even my order was there took a little longer than the first I did it. Just one small thing with the order I got the armor set but the helmet wasn't there. Other than that it was another great experience I will definitely be using it again
