Hello Pete A, we are sorry to hear that you had an bad experience. Most of the time mistakes are made from the seller (the place you buy your items) and you need to contact their customer service, also mistakes from the buyer (you) when you provide old address or wrong one. If you order from ebay in example and your parcel is shipped with Yodel, do you contact Yodel or you message your eBay seller in case of an issue? Problem is that you just don't know how it works and your frustration makes us looks negative..

Very bad experiences when you want to leave your job!!
I and a few other colleagues, as well as many others, have not recovered the hard earned money.
Some colleagues announced that they wanted to leave their jobs and the night before handing over the van, their car was broken into (2 cases in 2 days >>1april 2023 and 3rd April 2023,DBR1). They did not receive any money for the last 3 weeks worked.
My experience :I left my job. I waited 31 days. He was supposed to pay me the last 3 weeks of work (16 days) after 31 days. After 31 were up, I was supposed to get paid in one installment. FDL send me payment plan, by email (how many times to pay each week) . They paid 2 invoices (from 4),after which they didn't pay anything. There is no phone number (support drivers), only an email address, where you do not receive answers to questions!
BE VERY CAREFUL and NOT WORK for this "company"!
