Здравейте г-н Милушев, разбирам Вашето разочарование за продължилия по-дълго процес, но вярвайте когато авиолинията откаже да изплаща доброволно претенция се стига до съдебни процеси, които значително удължават сроковете и Не можем да се наемем с конкретен такъв за успешния край на Вашата претенция. Случаят с Wizzair, който цитирате е напълно възможен и реален и Ние имаме много такива случаи, когато успяваме да постигнем доброволна договорка с авиолинията и да се изплати обезщетение на пътника в срок между 2 и 3 месеца. This is my 2nd attempt at reviewing. My initial review does not appear to be available, so this is my 2nd attempt.
I initiated a claim in March and after a month was told my claim was accepted by Wizz Air but they were awaiting payment from them.
Despite emails to Fastclaim.eu, I’ve not received any monies and only 1 reply saying to bear with them.
Next step is to use their FB page then onto claiming via EU rules for internet fraud.
Hope you all have a better experience.

We are sorry to hear you was not responded on time, we always try to give a quick responce as much as possible.
Of course there is a summer time high season and sometimes our collegues are very busy. Our philosophy is to deliver the passengers direct contact, not using machine respondings.
I did the follow up and you were responded with positive feedback regarding your case but still we are in position waiting for the airline to deliver the payment.
You may check so far we are always reliable to our clients but sometimes you just need to wait and have more patiance.

I just received my compensation from the delayed flight from Larnaca to Sofia. And I really want to say BIG thank you to ,,Fastclaim”. Let me tell you everything .
I was travelling from Larnaca with my husband and my children. Our flight was delayed . When we arrived in Sofia at the airport we were very tired. When we took our luggage and got out one boy from ,,Fastclaim “ came to us and asked us very politely if we want compensation for the delayed flight, I wasn’t sure at first but then he told us everything so we done it,it took us 1 minute or less . Then he told us that we will receive our money in 4 to 7 weeks and it happened. From now on I really hope that our flights won’t be delayed again but if so I am 100 percent sure that we will use ,,Fastclaim” service and I recommend them to everybody:) !
