Using the online design tool was easy…
Using the online design tool was easy and effective. The Pens arrived really fast and just as I wanted them.
There's a few pens in the first box that aren't retracting when you try and press the button, so I've taken off a star. fingers crossed there is only a few!

The pens are nice
The pens are nice, they arrived fast, my only issue is the logo is so small you can't really see what it says. As these were purchased for an event we didn't have a choice but to use them but I wouldn't purchase from Fast Pens again.

Nice custom print on pens

Customer service excellent
Customer service excellent. The colour contrasts on the design mock-up could be sharper. We would have chosen a darker colour for the logo on our yellow pencil.
