Doesn't check merchandise before sending out

I placed several orders last year from Nicole Lee USA on Fashiongo. The first order, they sent me the wrong purse. After giving me lies and excuses, they finally agreed to accept the return. Weeks went by, no refund. So, she says I have to place another order and then they will credit me the amount for the purse. Several months go by, I place another order, no credit. Again, with the excuses. This order that I placed arrived with serious flaws, scratches and just poor quality merchandise. Sent pictures to them showing them each item and the damage. Here we go again, place another order and we will credit you. Will not order from them again. Horrible!!!

Buenas tardes...quiero realizar un reclamo, nunca he comprado por esta página ni mucho menos la tengo registrada ...estoy tratando de resolver esta situacion, ya que me debitaron dos veces este mes de esta página de ropa, que ni conozco y mucho menos realice una compra con ustedes,desconozco totalmente compras, observando los otros comentarios pero que son varios las personas que pasaron lo mismos, y ustedes manifiestan ser una compañia que venden a empresas y yo no tengo niguna ..por favor denunciemos tales situaciones para que se pueda solucionar estos inconvenientes, con mayor razón sabiendo que tienen acceso a cuentas sin tener ninguna información de la misma

I placed an order on FashionGo, and I’m extremely disappointed. The product looks nothing like the photos — totally misleading. On top of that, the item shipped from China, and the shipping fee was ridiculously expensive. The quality is honestly terrible. I won’t be ordering again.

All fashion go me cobra por una mochila "de regalo" por la que había acordado pagar solo 2 euros. Evidentemente fue una estafa pero me terminaron cobrando 29 euros aparte de otros cargos que me hizo la página myclassybag.com
Me pueden informar? No encontré otro lugar donde reclamar.

FASHIONGO es una plataforma mayorista B2B (de empresa a empresa), lo que significa que no vendemos directamente al público ni procesamos pedidos individuales como el que menciona. Además, no aceptamos pagos en euros, ya que todas las transacciones en nuestra plataforma se realizan en dólares estadounidenses (USD).

Es posible que haya realizado su compra en otro sitio web con un nombre similar. Le sugerimos revisar su correo de confirmación de pedido o su extracto bancario para verificar la página exacta en la que se realizó la transacción.

If 0 stars was an option I would give it. They are charging and depositing into a bank account that is not mine anymore and will not get it changed to the correct one. My "rep" seraphina lee would "prefer" to email instead of pick up the phone and call me to get it fixed. She kept responding to emails about orders but completely ignored the change of bank request. I called and never got get someone other than her I have requested a supervisor 1000 of times and a new agent and STILL No one else has ever contacted me. No billing department nothing.

Edit to note: no resolution has been made as they claim, they sent a email saying review was breech of contract and my account would be closed. Thank goodness because I asked to close and there was a “certain way” to do it which was never told to me.

Beware of shipping charges

I have used Fashiongo for many years. Mostly its pretty good but beware of the shipping consolidation program. I placed an order for items that all said FREE shipping and was charged $59.86 for shipping. BECAUSE I was not signed up for consolidated shipping. Its very deceptive when you look it the items. Just so you know...

This site is obviously very helpful if…

This site is obviously very helpful if you’re a boutique owner. It contains just about every wholesaler in the country. My only issue is you can’t really sort the product by best selling or any strategic advantage for my purchasing. Hopefully they can sort that out at some point.

Terrible Customer Service with Fashion…

Terrible Customer Service with Fashion GO and their affiliate LA Showroom. As a vendor trying to apply to their marketplace they make it nearly impossible for small owned brands. They value fast fashion which is harmful to the environment over carrying and nurturing small brands that produce quality apparel. Yet they have foreign overseas terrible quality vendors on their website simply because they are offering 100+ styles of clothes that are paper thin and knock offs/copyright infringement of other small owned designer brands. Even if you meet all of the requirements to create an account, if they don't like what you are offering to sell; instead of politely saying "Your brand doesn't meet our customer base right now." They will ask you for all of your sensitive information and intellectual property, then after looking at your photos make up some new rules about why you can't create an account. (Not owning a ware house, not having 25+ styles to offer when the supposed minimum requirement to open an account is only 6 styles). And on top of that if you ask for clarity on the requirements to be a vendor or why your being declined they will pretend to not see your email and decide to just not respond at all as if you are wasting their time when it's the other way around. Very unprofessional, rude, & racially biased customer service. Don't even waste your time with them. The website doesn't even get enough traffic to produce real sales for vendors. Also you can clearly tell some of the good reviews on here are fake.

So far so good

So far so good. I've had to watch the quality of clothing from vendors as well. That meant me making sure I know the material AND looking at the return policy. I'd love to travel to all these markets. But that's just not feasible. When I get good quality from one vendor, I will repetitively shop from them.

Terrible customer service.

No. It’s all good until there is a problem. I ordered from San Souci. Order came damaged and missing most of the items ordered. FashionGo does nothing to hold the vendor accountable. Weeks have gone by with no resolution. Use Faire instead where you are supported as a buyer.
