Utterly disgusted by the crap that was sent to me. None of the items resembled what I'd ordered. Stay clear of this awful company!

J’ai commandé un collier à 42€ (hors frais de livraison) et je l’ai reçu dans un pauvre sachet plastique, lui même dans un sachet bulles… pas une boîte un peu qualitative ou un pochon pour sublimer les bijoux. C’est une honte pour un produit à ce prix. Je ne recommande pas.

I placed an order for three items on 4.12.20 for Xmas presents at a cost if £35.00. Two items have arrived, but are so poor quality, look nothing like what was ordered and there not fit for the charity shop. The third item is still missing. I emailed customer service with my disappointment and getting no where at all i take help from facebook i did find a companies help number which isnine one nine nine three nine two five four four with the help of this info i was able to get in touch with customer service team they are really helpful and getting my return shipping information TOTAL CRAPPY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE!!!

Dress arrived after three weeks, is cotton and polyester - not linen! $30 for $1.50 worth of something that does not fit. Utter scam. Do not waste your money.

Do not order from this website! They do don’t tell you that there are NO returns. The product quality is horrible and a size medium is more like a xx-small!

Very pleased. Took 3 weeks but worth it. When I checked status, they emailed me right back with tracking info. They shipped it out in 24 hours. All delay was due to COVID. They even kept on top of it with the shipping co. and emailed me with status update. I am happy.

I ordered 2 dresses, the same size. I waited a long time . Only after I challenged the charge did. They show up. One was tiny one was large, the material was a joke. They barely resembled the pic. Ordered an item as a Christmas gift on the 3rd December. When the payment went through I realised that the company was probably based in China so was concerned that it might not arrive on time. I contacted them to ask for an estimated delivery date. After a few exchanges where they wouldn’t answer the question and asked me to ‘be patient’, I explained that if I didn’t have it pre Christmas it would not be required. I then asked if they could tell me the shipment method ( I knew if it was freight it wouldn’t arrive on time). Wouldn’t answer. ‘Be patient’. On the 7th I asked them to cancel and refund. They told me it had been shipped that day but I strongly suspect that this was not true as it did not (and never did) appear on the tracker. I bought a similar item elsewhere for less than half the price as I needed it pre Christmas. When the item eventually did arrive (over 8 weeks later) it was of much poorer quality than the replacement item that cost less. They were throughout obstructive and refused to answer any of my queries. I do not trust this company at all.

Items appear to be knitted looking at the photographs but when they arrived,poor quality printed designs on polyester.Cost more to return than items cost so a total scam.Facebook should be ashamed to be advertising this con.Do not buy from this company.

I ordered around 12/10/20. Received a partial order. Have requested multiple times where is the rest of my order. Sent request by emails and their online chat with no success. They claim they can't find my order although when you go to my profile the order is on there and my shirt still states ready to be shipped. It's been over a month now. 1/13/21 I RECEIVED AN EMAIL ASKING FOR A PICTURE OF THE PACKING LABEL ON A PACKAGE THST WAS DELIVERED OVER A MONTH AGO. IT CLEARLY SHOWS ON MY ACCOUNT ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ITEM. SEEMS LIKE THEY'RE TRYING TO GET OUT OF GIVING ME MY ITEM.

I ordered 3 couch covers that totaled to about $100, they were light brown in the pictures but were orange upon arrival. Emailing them in an attempt to return them and get a refund has garnered no help from customer support. They've shown me their "money back guarantee" is as much a scam as their entire website is.

Ordered heated jacket, sent wrong size, and to get your refund, they give you a address in China to return , it cost more to ship to China, than product cost, TOTAL SCAM DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE!!!
