Some items almost expired
We placed two orders at the same time so reviewing as one.
One direct order delivered really quickly but the other took much longer so we had to use a backup gift in the end which was disappointing (we ordered it home to take over to friends ourselves).
Not tried items as purchased to gift. Nice quality items but unfortunately now realise the offer was because they were trying to clear very short dated items. They should have been honest about this as we sent this as a gift online to a family
Member so a bit embarrassing especially as there were literally 3-4 days left on the expiry date. I did contact the company re this but over 2 weeks later not had anything back.

Poor service.
Website was totally unresponsive to my efforts to place an order. To make matters worse, the so-called customer care number only connected me to a young woman who had absolutely no knowledge of the products advertised on the website.
All in all, a fruitless and frustrating experience.

A bit disappointing on this occasion.
I always have a great experience when shopping with Rita Farhi. There products are beautiful. The only thing I can fault them on this occasion is that my voucher code to receive 10% did not work which was disappointing. I did send Rita Farhi an Email but I have had no response from your company.
