Recently traveled to Minneapolis and…

Recently traveled to Minneapolis and booked through faresglobe. I was a little hesitant in the beginning as I never booked with them before but Syd was very transparent and helpful from the beginning. Fares were very competitive and affordable. Will work with them again.

Poor service, lied to, and promised things I never received.

Retty much everything went wrong. I was over charged. Was promised sears with that price and was lied to. I had to make another purchase. I could not check in because of how it was ticketed. I was promised a 75.00 voucher. It does not show. Where is it? Flights were delayed and merged causing me to arrive late. I was over charged and the agent on the phone I could not understand and took over 2 - 3 hours. Not a good experience.

My experience was great I would used…

My experience was great I would used the service again now I know what I know. I was little skeptical because I was not told from upfront that I would not get my boarding pass till the day off my travel I’m not accustom to that. When I used other companies. But overall it was a great experience. Customer service was great.( Sid) was very patient and polite no matter how many times I call him or what time I call he was patient and polite. I definitely using you guys again . And would be recommending to friends and family.

The only thing I like about this…

The only thing I like about this company is that they responds quick, They shouldn't wait till the last minute to book flights we waited till the of to get our booking confirmation to destination then on the way back they waited till the day of leaving to tell me our flight was canceled when it wasn't never booked because they do one way there and one way back instead of booking round trip when they get your money. They did end up booking our flight to go home that same night but having to stress and basically cussed them out to just go home I will not book through them no more.

Liars, rip off artist, and unworthy!

This company is beyond a scam! We had nothing but problems from day one. At first we received an email with itineraries! Showing flights and airlines. Two days prior I was told that I would have an itinerary sent to us 24 hours prior to check in. Didn’t receive it till later that night like really late. Got on our first fligt! Yay!!! Then the problems and anxiety kicked in. Sunday, The day prior to leaving I reached out as our itinerary apparently changed. This went on all day Sunday, My stress level were beyond as it wasn’t just me traveling it was myself, fiance and 2 children. I was on the phone with Sid till 11pm and was assured that I would have my tickets some point that night or early morning. I woke up at 6am Monday morning as we are supposed to be flying out at 11am Monday morning. I check my my email and we have an itinerary. So I go to check in, first of all I notice it’s not what was originally sent. Anyway I go to check in on jetblue and I’m not allowed to. I can’t reach anyone at Faresglobe not even my agent Sid. I put a call in with jetblue, they call back an informed me that Faresglobe credit card was declined. So now i’m full panic mode 100 percent over my limit. We are supposed to be on a flight at 11am and we have no answers. I call the hotel get extended time. At this point we are working with multiple people at Faresglobe. Finally Sid calls and tells us there is 100 percent flight at Tampa and hour away from us. We assure 100 percent he’s like yup guaranteed! Well needless to say that was a lie. Now it’s 12pm and we were told there is nothing they can do all of our flights were overbooked! I don’t even know how to think at this moment so my fiance takes over and is like what do you mean. Sid informs us there are no flights and the only thing they can do is a partial payment. We had no choice, and that was it. We were stranded in Florida with no way home! There was no car rentals in Florida due to spring break, no planes till Saturday and for a family of 4 last minute were $2900 plus. We couldn’t stay another week nor afford that price with tickets. Finally we found a train ride back which was another $1500 and 3 extra days between the extra night at hotel $250, then extra expense in food for 4 people the morning of leaving, lunch and dinner until we got home on Thursday! My fiance lost a huge job due to this which was an additional $2500. Then a week later we get a charge from Frontier Airline on our card! Which is being fought as we speak! This company has cause so much damage and we are out all together $4700 with my fiance losing a job from this companies false advertising and not following through with what they advertise! They broke every rule that they have and what they say they stand for! Do not trust this company! Do not give them payment as this will happen to you to!!!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCAM YOU.They advertised round trip tickets to Belize for $320 but days before leaving call you up and say the tickets with up and are $800+ now. When I refused to pay that they find a flight for $589 and sent me the round trip details. I still had to go to the fight counter for a ticket. The return flight was not booked so when I went to return there was no ticket,no response from them by phone or email I had to buy my ticket at the counter and pay for it. Left me in a foreign country with a visita that is expiring and no ticket home, then when I get back to the US they text me to say that the fight was full and they had book me with another airline The flight I just bought a ticket on was FULL. First of all a reservation is booked to the time not at the last minute and the fight was not full. They lie to you and wait to find you a space available seat at a discount price. Do NOT use these people you willget burned.

James showed great initiative and patience

James showed great initiative: the flight i had chosen was not available at the price that had been offered. James tried to find me another flight, but it was too expensive for me and I told James that I thought I could find something cheaper elsewhere. As I was searching , James called me back, with appropriately timed flights on another airline, priced competitively. He walked me through the process, was patient and helpful, and saved me as a customer. I was so impressed that I intend to use his services for all future flight needs.

This is a real company, not like Fare O Globe

This is a real company. I was nervous because I got a price too good to be true. I never got an actual airline ticket, just a confirmation. I called the rep back who helped me the first time, his name was Sid, and he patiently explained that the flights they get are not final until right before the date. I couldnt take this chance since it was my daughter travelling alone so I asked for a refund and my money was promptly refunded to my card. All legit. Thanks.

Website is a scam

Website is a scam, do not trust them. Sent a fake boarding pass and when I got to the airport it showed that the reservation didn't exist. Company claims to be from Connecticut but is actually in some foreign country I've never even heard of. They claim that the airline canceled my reservation because the credit card information was invalid, then why did the charge go through to the credit card and I have a receipt from them? When I spoke to the airline representative at the counter at the airport she was the one that informed me that the reservation was canceled by the "travel agency" and that the transaction was in fact outside of the US, not in Connecticut where they claim to be from.

The website is a fraud

The website is a fraud. They offer fares that they cannot sell. I was trying to buy airfare for 353.00 roundtrip. That was the price they offered. They then told me that the fare would be over $1000 after I called to ask why they were not sending the tickets. This is not a legitimate website and is simply a true fraud. Remember that if something looks too good, it probably is. They say that they are trusted by trustpilot even though there are no reviews here
