Buyer beware - this is not the official United Airlines website, very deceiving. I booked two roundtrip tickets thinking it was United Airlines. After entering payment information I was expecting the opportunity to select seats, put in my United MileagePlus number, etc. When I realized it was not the correct site, I called the Customer Support number on the confirmation email only to find out if I cancelled, there would be a $50 per ticket charge. I could find nothing on their website or the flight confirmation indicating there would be a charge. Very, very deceiving and their customer support person was rude when I asked her where that information was. It's on my credit card and I am going to dispute with them as well. Deceptive Trades Practice indeed!

I called with an issue, I had purchased a flight and by mistake I upgraded the flight to business class when it should’ve been For economic, the lady that answered the phone and helped me out was Sarah Green, she was very professional and with her great customer service skills she was able to helped me out with that matter. She is Great.!!

Shelly Smith was fantastic! She was very helpful and helped me scheudle our flights in n time and no worries. We are traveling with children and we were scared. But she was so helpful

Shelly Smith was very efficient and helpful with both reservations, enabling me to be seated on the same flight with a friend from RDU to Tampa, and a separate return flight for myself from Tampa to Seattle. I was grateful that she could help me with two different airlines.

Clark was very helpful. We had never flowing with a pet before. We are moving from San Diego to Chippewa Falls Wisconsin and of course, the cat had come with us. He got us on a good flight for our needs. I thank Clark and you. G. T. Noll

Once again I certainly can't express how grateful I am for the service that was received today with Dana White for one of my client's from Brazil. She was able to help him with a cancellation a couple of days ago and was able to help him rebook today and was very understanding and helped in any way she could to reunite their family in Canada from Brazil. She was extremely helpful and once again went above and beyond. Her customer service skills were impeccable and in this day excellent customer service is a rarity. Thanks again Dana for being so helpful :)

Jeremy Brown was very professional in helping me purchase the airline tickets for our journey. He was patient and without any harsh words assisted me to understand the situation that I was in with the credit vouchers. All of his kindnesses was greatly appreciated.

I have spoken to Jeremy roughly 4x over the last few weeks. He has been extremely helpful each time I have spoken to him. He goes out of his way to assist me with my issues. Travel is difficult these days so it’s especially nice to deal with an employee who is kind, patient and knowledgeable. I look forward to speaking to Jeremy to handle my travel needs in the future!
