I booked 3 tickets from here on the website, but it kept processing. The next day I called and was told the tickets were denied by the airline because the fare on the website was not enough. Therefore, I had to book again. This time Aaron helped me and his supervisor too. They tried hard to help me find the cheapest ones. This time I booked successfully.I really appreciate what they have done. Thank them and best wishes to them.

Disappointed but satisfied
I was very disappointed that I was I called and told I could not get that price of the flights I booked online at a certain cost. Instead had to pay $200 more. Thankfully I bought the insurance and was able to get a full refund. Kathy was very polite and I appreciate her assistance.
