Fareease Recensioni

Jose Hernandez made this a great experience and more than met my expectations. He explained the timelines and delivered on time for both legs of my round trip. He also answered every text as I was impatient initially as this was my first attempt in trusting a low fare option. Sometimes you have to trust the process and you will see that the process actually works. Thank you Jose and we will be booking again very soon!

Jose Hernandez customer service was on point. He went above and beyond helping us to get last minute tickets. He is professional and responsive to text and calls.
Thank you, Jose!

Excellent service and very reliable team.
I have been booking my airline tickets through this website for almost 6 months now and continue to use them for all my travel needs. I travel every week, and the service has always been smooth and dependable. Special thanks to Jose and Luis for always helping me find the best prices and making the booking process completely hassle-free. Highly recommended.

I recently booked a last minute flight to Orlando. I did not get the original deal, but Jessica was able to find me a great price and was was very responsive when communicating back and forth. I was skeptical at first because my entire flight was changed hours before my departure, but Brandon and Paul stayed in contact and made sure that I would have a flight to get to my destination on time. Flight information comes hours before you leave so dont worry. I will be using them again now that I know how it works and that they are trusting individuals. Thank you to everyone at fareease.

Scam!!! When you get to the airport to check in the confirmation code is not valid! Had to repurchase the ticket double the price!!

Great communication and reservation was seamless

The flight is affordable and SouthWest Agent Jose Hernandez is very professional and this is my first experience with SouthWest airline.I will be flying through SouthWest airline from now on.Once they maintain there good relationship with me as there customer.

At first I was a little worried but Jessica Davis was wonderful! She helped me book my flights at a great deal!! Def recommend! You will get your confirmation number for your flight the day before you fly! Jessica also checked that I had arrived at my destination both times! She was wonderful

Had to make a last minute flight and Jose helped me secure a reservation at a best price. I’ll be booking with company again.

It’s nice to get a cheap ticket, but when I booked it, I had to wait 5 days for the confirmation. I emailed them and the agents, but they still didn’t answer. One of them said, ‘You will get the confirmation after one hour,’ but I still didn’t get it.

good communication. got my ticket on time

FINANCIAL FRAUD
This company used my creditcard on several online gambling and apparel sites a week after I gave this company my creditcard info. I also began to receive hundreds of notifications that my card was attempting to be used. I had to cancel my card while traveling.

Jessica Davis helped me book a flight last minute at a great rate. She was responsive, pleasant, and very helpful. She made sure that I made my flight and also that I had landed safely and that everything was ok. I appreciate all she did for me and will definitely use her services in the future.

I’ve gotten multiple flights from Paul Smith and every interaction is easy and very convenient! I will continue to get my flights from him! Every person I have spoken to is very friendly and helpful as well!

Paul was such an amazing help! He provided multiple options, was patient, went above and beyond in providing flight options. The only downside was that our names were incorrect on the boarding passes but Paul called the airlines to make sure would could travel smoothly. Loved my experience!

All the agents have been great to work with. I def was skeptical at first but I have booked over 6 flights with them now. I almost Dont want to share my secret! Trust the process. They are great with follow up even after your flight.

Wow. What can I say about Jessica Davis. We had to get to our destination asap and under a very stressful situation. Same day tickets were so expensive. Lucky we found Fareease. We got tickets for a great price and flew out the same day. Jessica was with us every step of the way. She made sure we got to our Destination. The next day we needed tickets for someone else... And she did the same for them

Your company is lucky to have her.

Thank you Jessica for making a difficult time easier to handle.

Fue un excelente viaje y José Hernández me atendió súper bien

Jessica Davis was wonderful. She went above and beyond to assist in making the flight ticket purchase work. Once she assisted me in finding the right tickets, she made sure to follow up step by step to ensure my daughters safe travels. Thank you so much for being so thorough. I truly appreciate it.
