I still don't have the tickets

I still don't have the tickets. Their callback function does not work. I have received multiple calls late in the day. The site did not take my PP information at the time of purchase and now requires it but the website gives error messages asking me to send images to their tech support. Still no tickets, hours of wasted time.

There may have been a technical issue that caused the failure while updating the passport information online. To further investigate the matter, we had requested a screenshot so our technical support team could review the issue in detail.
