Superb customer service. Excellent response time to communications. Speedy delivery. They went out of their way to accommodate a special request. Travel bag is stunningly beautiful. Superb quality. Overall positive experience
Minimum communicating and fast delivery which I liked. Color of the product differ from the picture on the website. I like to have the buckle on my right and this way the letters on the belt(logo) is upside down, didn't like it.
