Bought tickets on the 28th Feb

Bought tickets on the 28th Feb, we emailed the site and got a reply saying, They said when tickets are released they will send them on which will probably be on the day of the match. Brought 3 tickets, and emailed them again but now it's saying site is down and server cannot be found. Absolutely fuming, have contacted bank,and looks like I will be reporting to trading standards an the police.

bought two tickets for the carabao…

bought two tickets for the carabao final on the 3rd of march had a confirmation sent, website isn’t working anymore, i’ve had no reply over email and it’s 5 days till the match so supposed to have tickets by now, really hoping this is ligit if not so much money wasted.

Bought 3 tickets for the Carabao Cup Final. No tickets, no contact, website is down.
Ive been scammed.
Absolutley fumming.
Reported to Bank, will also report to Trading Standards and the Police
Payment was made to Fanstand Limited.
They are listed on Companies House The Director is Micheal Peter Withey. Correspondence address is
38 Phalarope Way, St. Marys Island, Chatham, England, ME4 3JQ.
I might take a trip to Kent this weekend

I have bought a ticket from this site early this month but I still can’t reach them to know how I am going to get my ticket for the EFL CUP final I sent an email but my message is not delivering so I dont really know what to do
Because it's appearing as a fraudulent site

This is associated to a website called fastevents. I’ve just been scammed by them and trying to get my money back.

FANSTAND is a CON

I've checked with Wembley and FanStand is not nominated to sell any Wembley tickets. Its a con!!!!!

We believe this review is misleading and unfair.

At no point do we claim to be an “authorised” seller for Wembley or any other stadium. Like every secondary ticket marketplace in the UK, we operate as a resale platform. There are currently no secondary resale companies that are officially authorised by Wembley to resell tickets — this is standard across the industry.

Additionally, you have never purchased from us or used our service, so describing us as a “con” is completely inaccurate. We have successfully facilitated many transactions and have numerous positive reviews from genuine customers, which reflect our legitimacy and the quality of our service.

We welcome honest feedback from real customers, but accusations without any experience of using our platform are simply not fair.
