Do NOT gamble with FanDuel Sportsbook & Casino. They engage in deceptive advertising, fail to honor their promotions, and retaliate against customers who speak up.
I signed up expecting the advertised $200 welcome bonus offer. Additionally, they advertised a $100 deposit match promotion. I deposited $23.00, but the deposit match bonus was never added to my account. 
When I reached out to live customer support to complain about the missing deposit match, the promotion was suddenly removed from my account right after I deposited. After my chat with support, they placed the promotion back onto my promo page, but deliberately marked it as "EXPIRED" so I couldn't claim it.
To make matters worse, after I voiced my frustration over this bait-and-switch, FanDuel began holding my legitimate winnings in limbo. Holding a customer’s payout as retaliation for submitting a support ticket is completely unacceptable and unethical.
I am a 69-year-old woman, and this is how FanDuel treats senior customers who simply expect a company to honor its own advertised promotions. Save your money and take your business to a platform that treats its users with fairness and respect.

They don't carry any sports in my area. They dropped Wild, Tiberwolves, and Lynx. However, they still decided to chage my credit card about $200 for the upcoming season. I would not do business with this company.

I’m not exactly sure about what I’m paying for. I ordered it to watch the Indiana Pacers and the Fever. I live in Indiana so not sure why I can’t watch them for free.

In my opinion, not worth $19.99. Okay so I try to cancel my subscription and it’s like pushing a camel through the eye of a needle. I had to actually order a new debit card. I hate companies like this. It shows that they are just out for money.

I bought a subscription for FanDuel Sports Network for my husband for Christmas. When their coverage changed and they didn't carry the team my husband watches, they provided me options for partial reimbursement. They easily could have said "tough luck," but they did not, and that was much appreciated.

Living in Houston for 19 years, I always subscribed to 1-team MLB.tv for the Milwaukee Brewers. Now back in Wisconsin, I'm stuck with this pathetic service for $19.99. Unlike MLB.tv that archives games for the entire season, this podunk operation archives for 1 or 2 games, max. If I miss a game and don't get to it for 48 hours, it's gone, gone, gone. Because I'm "in-market" (245 miles or 4 hours away!) and FanDuel Sports has the "franchise," I can't watch games live on MLB.tv. So, it looks like I'll be watching the Brewers on replay for as long as crapola FanDuel has us by the shorthairs!

Paid for 2 months for Memphis Grizzly games. Somehow their system changed my home zip code and now I can not access their service. Emailed many times over 2 week period-no response at all. Finally got on chat with cust. rep. They refused to address the zip code problem and denied a refund. I can't even file a complaint against them because neither them nor their owning company are listed anywhere. I have many streaming services that work anywhere I go and am not using a VPN. Only 14.99 but 14.99 for NOTHING.
