DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They don’t follow medical guidelines. They provide one vial for 2 months, even though medical guidelines clearly state contamination after vial is open for 30 days. Filed 4 complaints in a month without response. Essentially, I was charged for 2 months, but only given medication for one, unless I want to risk contamination. FRAUD!!!

I bought a Groupon that I redeemed and was instantly upsold on an upgrade. I’ve taken GLP-1 injections before and know what to expect. The injections I got from Fancymeds didn’t suppress my appetite nor did I lose weight from it. When I reached out about my concerns via text due to that being their main source of communication, I was told to diet and exercise and drink plenty of water all of which I currently do. When I called to try to speak to someone, I received a response by text that told me to text my concerns. When I responded to that text asking for help Fancymed never replied. Now I’m glad they didn’t respond because I’ve read other reviews on Groupon and it appears that everyone’s initial contact with this company is satisfactory but many have had issues like mine thereafter.

The communication is extremely poor. It takes days to receive any response. It has now been a week since I ordered my medication, and I haven’t even been charged for shipping—which tells me the order hasn’t shipped at all. My order has been sitting in the “billing department” for four days with no movement.

I specifically ordered these medications so I could have them before an upcoming trip and feel my best, but at this point, I’m very doubtful that will happen. I used a Groupon, and since the voucher has already been redeemed, there’s nothing I can do—I’m essentially stuck hoping I receive my medication so I don’t lose my money.

Thankfully, I have attorneys in my family who are prepared to step in if necessary. The company I used two years ago had my order processed and delivered within a week, so I know this level of delay is not normal.

After redeeming my voucher, I started noticing similar reviews on Groupon—many people reporting significant delays, and some stating they yet received their medication a month later, and unsure if they will receive them at all. Unfortunately, this appears to be a pattern.

I am hoping for the best, but the communication and overall process have been unacceptably slow.

I am writing this review because I had several issues with communication. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not received my product due to the fact they continue to send all communications to the incorrect phone number. I have provided them with the correct phone number and email several times and they are still sending it to the incorrect person.

So Easy to order your meds. Love how they follow up with you to see how you’re doing or have any questions. Medication is delivered quickly. I have lost 65lbs on Tirzepatide and my health is so much better. My A1c went from 7.6 to 5.2. My primary doctor is so glad I started taking Tirzepatide. All good except three days after our last purchase they have a $150.00 off sale & it didn’t apply to us. But other than that we love it!
