A huge thank you to Tyler for helping me with unraveling a confusing order. A canceled order was erroneously sent to me after I received the refund. But the item wasn’t even what I had originally ordered. Tyler stayed in contact via emails and directed me to another angel, Doreen. Many thanks to Tyler and Doreen. Kudos to this company for hiring superb customer service people.
