fanaacs.com Recensioni

Very nice quality, also amazing service. Helped with the size selection before purchase. Highly recommended

Good quality and support

Very happy with my purchase, Great Customer Service particularly from Their Staff member Preethi. Looking forward to buy more football kits from fanaacs in future.

It was really good. I bought a 25/26 third jersey Of Real Madrid.

I ordered the Arsenal 3rd kit 25/26 for a friend of mine as there was stock available but was surprised when faanacs mailed in to inform that the item had failed QC checks and thus had to cancel the order. Upon my request they managed to get a fresh set and it reached me in time to get it sent to my friend. He is surely going to be pleasantly surprised!! Thank you faanacs!

They cancelled the order and also not refunding the money. The customer care is not responding. They are fraud. Do not buy.

Purchased two jerseys but only one was delivered. They conveniently marked both as delivered...

As listed in their terms on the website, an immediate mail was sent with the picture of the shipment.
No response !!

Maybe it is a loophole for them to use if the customer doesn't report the issue with 12 hours.

My mail was sent with 12 minutes , but to no avail. No response to that mail or the two reminders I sent after.

The contact number listed on the site is the same. No response!!

UPDATE
They replied expressing their remorse for the inconvenience and are taking steps to resolve the issue.

They have absolutely no customer service and are a scam site. i returned the jerseys to them for a size exchange now they aren't replying to me on any platform. Please dont buy from this site.

Ordered 5 jerseys from them. 1 of them was out of stock. They sent 4. I paid for all 5 as it was Cash on Delivery. The 1 jersey, while they said I could choose an alternate one, they are not delivering. I've sent them several emails, WhatsApp messages. No response so far.

Placed order #33635 with them for two jerseys worth 2.5K INR and paid via credit card. They shipped only one and did not ship the second jersey. Also the first jersey was damaged. Now they've stopped responding to whatsapp and emails and I've lost money. Completely Fraud. Never buy from them.

i ordered RL Madrid 2014-15 Away Pink Retro Jersey"on 17 april and done prepaid on that same date but after 5 days when the order is expecting to reach , i got a mail that my order is out of stock and they told to me order again from their website and arrange money accordingly, once i order there is option for prepaid and cod , i am not going to pay again as i already paid and i select option for delive is COD Then they are charging for the fees of delvery on cod and they are charging for the jersey too. its fraud website , for they siad it will adjust money from new order once i order from their website , i got a mail that my amount is refund but till today 17 to 26th April i do receive my refund and order too , i called 100 time till today and they never pick up , its fraud and i paid Rs 1600 ... its a huge loss for me and advice not to order .. if you don't trust me its ok first make a call on this customer care given number on 8113855788
