Good and simple platform. Everything is easy to understand and use.

When my product arrived, I was so excited- until I opened the box. The name of the song was printed incorrectly. I have emailed 4 or 5 times and no one will get back to me. I finally gave up and requested a refund through my payment source. It was to be a bday present which had so much meaning. Now Im giftless and $140 brokER. Despicable company.

I couldn't be more satisfied and happy the way my order turned out. At first I was nervous and stressed adding a poem instead of a song lyrics . It turned out so beautifully it was a gift for a friend who truly deserves to look at this gift and remember . Thank you truly !

The quality was so cheap and flimsy, but I could have overlooked that, but they ruined my gift to my son and daughter-in-law, their picture was poor quality AND they put the wrong date and wrong names. Instead of the QR code playing their wedding song, it went to a YouTube video.

The customer service was great, and the product was even better. FamiPrints knows what they are doing and do it well. I definitely recommend them!

The customer service was absolutely horrible! No phone number to actually call anyone, automated emails as a response to any questions. We were told our item shipped when it actually never did. We were never given a tracking number and our item came two weeks after it should have arrived. I would not recommend this company ever!!!!!

It was very easy to order the personalized wall art with frame. The finished product was perfect and arrived on time for Valentine's Day. My son & daughter-in-law loved the gift. I was disappointed with the inability to track the order since the shipping carrier & tracking number were not provided.

horrible customer service. Zero updates for several weeks. several attempts to contact, unsuccessful. Item wasn't what I expected. Would not do business with again.

Ordered 1 custom tee shirt for Valentine's.
Today is March 2nd - still hasn't arrived.
I wrote them an email the week after Valentines.
I think I got an AI response that said they were giving special care to fulfill my order.
Total let down.
The belt I order from Pakistan arrived on time though!

This company has no phone number to call, will take days to email you back and will not actually look into your problem, save your money and look elsewhere. Placed an order 3 weeks ago and haven't heard a word about shipping. When I asked they said it's shipped but they are waiting for a tracking number. But their own tracking information says the order isn't done, 3 weeks ago!

Ordered February 9, had to inquire 3 times for a status. Delivered March 1.

still to this day have not received ny picture, nor a response back from customer service. Horrible will not ever do business with yall again.

I have placed my order (order number FP113926) February 7th for a 20yr anniversary occasion. On February 10th I received a email saying that its shipped but no tracking order mentioned in that email. Again on feb 13th i recevied email saying that order is confirmed. I am totally confused about my order status. When i checked famiprints site for order status, it says that item has not shipped yet and the latest update was on February 7th with Received status. I have sent multiple emails to support to know my order status, no one reached out to me back. I am not sure about my order status now and not received my order so far. its been close to 3 weeks that i placed my order. Very disappointed with communication and experience.

Received item damage and when I contacted them they respond with assumption, it looks like a shipping issue so “that’s out of their control” and won’t take responsibility for that. Very convenient for them, cost $70 with shipping in total and they don’t stand behind their product and obviously don’t package properly then if it’s occurring during transport. Customer service poor, lacks integrity

I contacted customer service with no reply. I ordered 2 prints. One does not have the change I adked for. My second picture is awful and needs to be redone. AI was used obviously. Mine and my husbands faces do not look like us. 2bd.. tge color is very dark. It’s black all around, my wedding bouquet looks like black roses. I’m so disappointed

Honestly it came out better than expected the item I ordered it’s for a gift for Valentine’s Day . Communication was done in a timely matter which is a plus overall great experience!
