Brought a Gamma account from FamilyPro which had 0 Credits Left

So i brought a gamma account and when i logged in there was 0 credits. the account said refresh on april 3rd and now its april 3rd and i didnt get extra credits. wasted 4.99 dollars

I had a very bad experience with…

I had a very bad experience with FamilyPro. I purchased a Cursor Pro account, and after 24 hours they finally provided me with login details — but the account did not work. It kept showing an incorrect password error.

When I contacted support, instead of fixing the issue, they tried to shift the blame onto me. After further discussion, they told me they would give me email access so I could log in using a code. However, after that, they completely stopped responding.

They appear to reply publicly to make it seem like they are legitimate, but in reality, they did not resolve my issue at all. I ended up losing $18 for a non-working Cursor account. I would not recommend this service

Sensaciones agridulces, teniendo suscripción de 3 meses a chatgpt compartido a 2 personas me han cerrado dos veces la cuenta (por que ellos no la renovaron) con el consiguiente sacrificio de perder chat de trabajo importantes. De la otra cara el servicio técnico siempre respondió asignando una cuenta nueva y ampliando los días de suscripción hasta que se solucionó la incidencia

Take 30 tokens for not creating an…

The app is full of flaws. Paid $5.99 and Familypro charges 30 tokens for not creating an image (the price should be 15 tokens per image created)!
Unacceptable! I want a refund NOW!

Please note that different models have different token costs: the Nano Banana model uses 15 tokens, while the Nano Banana Pro model uses 30 tokens. This is why the deductions may vary, and it is part of the normal billing rules.

Regarding the issue you experienced where tokens were deducted even though image generation failed, we have already issued token compensation to make up for this.

Invite already used

I bought a duolingo subscription. However, the invitation was already used. I contacted the support, waiting for an answer. Until now, this has been a waste of time.

Waste of money, time & energy.

Absolute bullshit services, don't bother wasting your time, energy or money.

The services offered do not operate as advertised. I am logged out of my account every single day, I have to login manually every day & then verify my details every day & some days it doesn't even work at all! I have reported it to customer services numerous times but they are unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns plus their english is awful so you might as well talk to a robot or a brick wall.

I'd strongly advise not falling for this scam of a service and pay the full price of the service you require and you'll get that peace of mind.

You get what you pay for, sadly this is one of them scenarios.

Bueno yo compré Crunchyroll como 4 veces, la verdad siempre me respondieron y la cuenta me la daban en el momento, el único problema es que al ser cuentas familiares si un miembro no paga entonces ellos cambian la contraseña y el resto del grupo tiene que poner la nueva que ellos mandan, es tedioso esa parte de cambiar contraseñas a cada rato xd pero pues sirve, tmb compré chatgpt solo una vez pero todo bien

Worked for a while, and now, when I can't access the account, the help desk reads and ignores your chat messages. Pretty disappointed to be honest.

Netflix and Spotify working great! Good support

Bought the Netflix 1 month a few times and the 1-year Spotify from Familypro. The interface was easy to use and it works perfectly just like the regular subscription!

No VPN required to set it up (the customer support is very good; they can help you set everything up). There was an issue with the Spotify plan 3 months in which was very quickly resolved over live chat by layya (who provides great support for everything I've asked, including availability etc).

Was recently offered an upgrade to an individual account due to the issues with the family Spotify even though mine worked after they fixed it. It is a very good service, I would definitely buy it again and recommend my friends to buy this as well!
