Stumbled across this company on Instagram and couldn’t pass up the opportunity to get one of their amazing pet portraits done. Price was an absolute bargain and I received the portrait very quickly. I was unable to open it initially so emailed for help and they responded VERY quickly with assistance. Very pleased with the portrait and would highly recommend

Initially I had problems as the portrait wouldn’t download. I contacted Jane and this was rectified straight away - a big relief as I had purchased as a birthday gift for my daughter. Very satisfied with the service I received

I've had a couple of images from here now. I was shocked how good they were when I got my first one. It mt favourite picture of my dog. Absolutely gorgeous images and brilliant quality. Will be definitely ordering again.

SCAM!
I bought a £6 portrait, they sent an email saying the order was complete, but when you click the link to 'download' your portrait it comes up as an error - there is no way of viewing your purchase.
No responses to emails.
AVOID!

Love my picture, order processed and delivered within 24 hours. All correspondence were quick. Would highly recommend

I’ve had 2 portraits produced which are excellent likenesses of our ‘pups’.
They are accurate and produced quickly.
The portraits come as a downloadable file in an email. I admit one link didn’t work but a quick email elicited a fast reply from Jane with a different link which worked straight away.
Will definitely get another portrait for a special day.

Picture is amazing. The work gone into it is beautiful.
Had an issue with the link to view and download so emailed seller and response was in minutes with a separate personal link that worked. Amazing customer service too.

Lost my wee dog in may last year and wanted some nice photos for myself and family. Sent and received asap. Had issues getting but no problem was solved very quickly. Excellent service and pictures were amazing. Made myself and family so happy and now we have beautiful pictures of our dog. Thank you again.

We lost our boy last week after 15 n half years and we are devastated! I came across family portrait and thought I’d give them a go, I mean what’s £6, so I sent off a photo, (very simple process) and was just hoping it would resemble him.
Within 48 hours it was sent back to me and the results were so amazing I cried!! Absolutely incredible I immediately sent off another photo and again the results are stunning! Give them a try you definitely won’t be disappointed!!

Found this company on Facebook and I’m so glad I did. I lost one of my dogs in October and the portraits were beautiful. On Monday I lost my other dog and had some more portraits done. I had one of both my dogs together and it is absolutely beautiful it’s on my wall and it makes me feel like I’ve got my boys back in the house. Everyone I show it to says how beautiful it is thank you so much Jane

Found this company on FB and thought i would send a picture of my dog in and I was blown away. My Taz passed away a few years ago and I always like the idea of a drawing I could frame or have a tattoo made..The drawing Jane sent me is AMAZING!!!!! It made me cry..If you want an amazing picture of your pet this is the place to go

We've had 3 pencil style digital portraits of our beautiful cat that we had to say goodbye to in December. Perfectly captured - we couldn't be happier. Quick online delivery and great communication too.

I brought the first picture of my cat for my husband and took another lovely picture and had that done. The pictures are so good. I can't remember the date I got my first one
