Our approach focuses not only on resolving debt, but also on long-term financial health through budgeting, education, and behavior-based strategies. As a nonprofit credit counseling agency, our mission is to provide honest, practical solutions that work in the real world. We work directly with creditors to help reduce interest rates and fees when possible, while supporting our clients every step of the way. This review is only about the sign up phase. Things have gone very smooth so far. All of my questions were satisfactorily answered. I never felt uneasy about anything that would take place through the course of reducing my debt. I felt that I was dealing with an honest and legitimate company. Looking forward to the next steps.
