The quality of the pajamas was surpassed only by the excellent customer service we received! I ordered pajamas for our family of five so we could match on Christmas Eve. Through my own error, the set for my youngest son was too big. I reached out and Caroline helped me get a new pair in the correct size for just the price of shipping. And, they got here just in time for Christmas Eve! I highly recommend this company!

Best pajamas ever! We loved them! The photo was clear on the pajamas, so you could see our dogs face really well. I’m ordering more as I type!

Our family LOVED our pajama order! It helped to bring extra fun and festiveness to our Christmas holiday! The images and designs provided SO MANY options and were well done. The pajamas were comfortable and true to size.

I was also very pleasantly surprised with the exceptional communication and customer service I received (something that doesn't happen so often these days).

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! We ordered three pairs of pajamas and none of them fit (2 too small and one too big.) The material they are made from is AWFUL (cheap polyester) not cozy or soft, despite looking like they are on their website. After a protracted (3 week) fight with customer service, we have nothing but unwearable trash clothing and no refund. PLEASE, don't deal with this company. Learn from my mistake!

These jammies were super cute and different from anything else I found. My son loves Batman and I wanted to get something for Christmas with both. He loved them. They are soft and cozy and shipped quickly. Couldn't be happier!

I struggled deciding which sizes to order (a size guide would have been useful) but I took a punt and they were absolutely perfect. The pjs are made in a lovely soft fabric and the pants have pockets - which is great for that tissue!

PJs arrived quickly, size was spot on, they made christmas very special for me and my girlfriend.

Pajamas were ordered on 12/9 and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. The company has stopped responding to emails. As these pajamas were for Christmas, we had to scramble a few days before Christmas to find matching pajamas for the family. We ended up paying a ridiculous amount at a store for a last minute purchase as well as being out the money for the pajamas we still haven't received. This company misleads you.. the product is China made. Does NOT come from the USA.

This has become a family tradition that everyone looks forward to. It wouldn't be Christmas without family pajamas!!

They came right on time and were perfect, thank you.

Our PJs arrived in a timely manner and were very cute! Fit was true to size, comfortable and fairly cool for long sleeves and pants. It was a fun family Christmas party surprise.

Exceptional quality of both the pajamas and customer service.

I was looking for Christmas pjs for my entire family (12 people). My granddaughter had specifically requested Stitch so choices were limited. I hesitated to place an order on your site because at check out, it wanted to charge me for taxes to NH (a tax free state). I emailed your customer service and a prompt reply that you would refund the tax amount made me decide to take a chance. I placed the order, emailed the order number and promptly received notice that the credit would be issued. And it was. Kudos to your customer service promptness and followthru.



Additionally, the pjs all arrived on time as stated with no issues. I have to say, of all the Christmas pjs I have ever ordered (3), these were the highest quality and most comfortable. Everybody loved them and we all had a lot of fun Christmas morning.

Pajamas By Jenny Team,it was wonderful experience for me, I read lot of reviews and I was amazed so I placed my order and it was best experience ever, the pajamas I ordered for my family and I, the fit is perfect size and my son is 64’ in height I was skeptical but the pajamas has nice fit, thank you Jenny team you are the best!!

They are cheaply made and the shirts are stiff from wear the picture is ironed on. The material is very also very thn. I say they run a little on the small size.

Pajamas are super soft and look great. I ordered on the last day advertised for them to arrive by Christmas. I shipped them to a friend’s house in a bigger city where shipping is a little bit more reliable. However, I was worried we would not receive them on time. I never received a shipping notification, only a confirmation email and a notification that they were ready to ship two days before Christmas Eve. I was thrilled when I got to her house on the 23, and she said they had actually been there for a couple days. According to the website’s order tracking, the order is still in production. So, in closing, a great product, but 4 stars for the lapse in communication.

They are decent, cheaply made pajamas. The things I dislike about them are they take quite a while to arrive, as they are coming from China, not California as the website appears to show. They are also not normal pajama material. The pants feel like the cheap kids pajamas you get from a discount store with the design printed on. The last thing I don’t care for is the sizing. The pants are extremely long in every size, while the tops are NOT big at all! The pictures show the shirts oversized. In all three sizes I ordered, the shirts are quite fitted and the sleeves are very short. You would need to size up at least two sizes to have the shirts fit as shown on the website pictures and then the pants would fall off. We will have to wear them this year because they arrived so late we didn’t have time to get more, however we will NEVER order anything from here again.

I spent over $287 for pajamas for Christmas Eve. I ordered December 1st even confirmed via email they would be delivered on time. WHAT A SCAM. The website stated local in states. They don’t answer the phone number listed. They never shipped until over two weeks later FROM CHINA and now they are stating sorry things go wrong and refused to refund me even though I’ve never received them and won’t receive them before Christmas. They emailed stating my area has restricted shipping. BS. I get UPS, FEDEX and USPS delivered just fine. Ship from China over two weeks after an order and lie on your website about being in the USA. Going to the better business bureau and giving a complaint as well. The website and phone number provided on my confirmation are bow both disconnected. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Demanding a refund!!!

Love Love Love this business! They were so helpful and attentive and the faces on the PJs are perfect! I don't know how they did it. They look 100% better than the pictures I sent.

I would never hesitate to buy more.

This company was awesome to work with. My order was shipped with the incorrect size item that I ordered and I contacted them (Jenny) and within hours I had a response and a new item in the correct size was shipped out to my address. The quality of the pajamas is very well made. Only regret was I didn't order early enough and I should have ordered more than I did. There's always next time! Thank you Jenny!!!
