I sent parts back as they are now stuck…
I sent parts back as they are now stuck with royal mail and won't be delivered as famex never gave me a address no so have bought replacement parts at cost of 195 pounds tried emailing them and my messages being blocked I will never recommend or buy from these jokers

IF you do not know our address, so may I asked you where did you ship your parcel. B. You sent the parcel to us and you provide us the tracking No. it freeze on your local Post Office. So you need to refer your local Post Office and trace the matter. C. You wrote us, you changed your mind and need a new parts. so you gave the order for new parts. D. We never block any email from our system, please check to which email you sent your messages. Meanwhile you have our detail and you contacted us by PHONE, TEXT and email. Regards

Ordered a few things and have been happy
I have ordered a few e-bike kits and parts from here and been able have been happy with all my orders.
One time they didn’t have an item in stock that I needed and so I contacted them to get it back in stock so I could order which they did with in 48 hours.
