Great customer service even with NZ. Highly recommend this company !

Great communication with the customer service and absolutely stunning quality of each product.
Highly recommended.

Falk has top notch customer service. They responded to my questions immediately, held my order while I was traveling and even gave me a discount! The item purchased was also better than expected. I have been a Falk customer for a while now and will continue to be in the years to come.

Honestly? Copper-bottomed quality. These are hands down the best copper pans money can buy. Cooking for family or for a dinner party is always a pleasure, never a chore (so speaks the man of the house!)
The craftsmanship and durability is incomparable. This, together with brilliant customer care and personal service (at any hour it seems) adds up to a maximum satisfaction rating.
Even after years of tough-love these workhorse pans deliver time and again and buff up beautifully.
We have so many hung on cast iron hooks that our rustic kitchen has developed its own warm copper glow!

Great products that are worth every bit of the price. Customer Service is fantastic too, as you'd expect. Highly recommended.

So we called in to buy one of the ‘seconds’ baking tray, we were told thats fine and placed the order. 30 mins later, got a call back saying very sorry but they were mistsken and all the seconds had gone, but would we like a new one for that price.

Brilliant.

We have been using Falk for several years now and have never been disappointed with either there service or more importantly there products

Good sized copper roaster, can also be used on the hob to make gravy after roasting. Good quality and looks good too. Great products from a company with excellent customer service.

product arrived on time and i am looking forward to using it. previous pans have lived up to my expectations

Excellent service and a wide range of top quality pans - even from the 'seconds' list.

The outstanding quality of this range of cookware is eclipsed only by the superlative customer service offered by Falk Culinair. Nothing is too much trouble for Neil, not even when he is completely snowed under during sale reductions, or when he is faced by a giddy, excited customer like me, who gets her orders wrong and then he has to sort it all out...again and again. His politeness and kindness never wavers. I never worry about spending my money with Falk Culinair. Thank you Neil.

Great service as usual and I know it was a seconds sale. The sauce pan was great however the lid will require some hard alterations as it is bent upwards in two places. Not really a lid

Fantastic quality products and top rate customer service!

Brilliant customer service, super speedy delivery, great quality product. Highly recommended!

Excellent product range Great quality product and Its arrived on time. I will definitely order again.

These pots and pans are exactly as described. I find them beautiful, as well as functional. I use my pans daily, the heat distribution is wonderful, and I enjoy using them. - copper pans add to the cooking experience- for me a genuine pleasure.
My only warning...You must remember the handles get hot..... you will only forget once or twice.
Falk copper pans are quality pans.
The company are good to deal with. Ordering is simple, delivery is prompt, and customer service- should you have a question - professional, knowledgeable, clear and charming.
And my husband has absolutely no idea how much they cost
