Great value for money …. Lovely evening spent with great views, lovely food and helpful staff! Our whole family really enjoyed it! Would definitely recommend!

Book it!
The crew was so wonderful. The food was great. The views were out of this world. I considered even doing this cruise again before we leave!

Mess up!
I booked my reservation smoothly, but it happened that the wrong location was searched for, and we went to the old location from Google, so we weren't able to make it. I called the agent immediately to express my concern, and he said that the management would call me back for the solution. To make a long story short, I follow up four times, or four consecutive days, via phone, and the agent keeps promising to call me back within a day. In the end, there's no solution at all. Ending, I just donated money to their restaurant cruise. 🙄😭😣

Experience is good at least once
Experience is good but food could have been better especially for kids. Noodles was best option for kids but it was very spicy they couldn’t eat. Entertainment was excellent! The tour route was good as well.

Dubai Marina Premium Cruise
The evening cruise in the Dubai Marina was very nice and the towers really impressive. This particular cruise (Falcon Oasis premium cruise with dinner) has improved a lot and offers better services, good customers service and was very value for money. I recommend.

As they mentioned while booking…
As they mentioned while booking boarding will 8 o clock will start and cruises will take round till 2 hours but they started boarding at 8.30 pm and boarding was completed 9.09pm cruise take marina round after they drop in harbor 10.28 pm and food was not 5 star quality in 3 star hotel would be more awesome and food was finished before every one can eat and what they share menu while booking that food item was not there only 30 percent food item was there what they share menu

This is one of the bad experience I had…
This is one of the bad experience I had today there’s no proper organization and we are family there was no proper line separate it’s mix with bachelor and they don’t have commonsense not keeping distance pushing .. bad attitude. I am very disappointed on entire service with food totally unacceptable.
