My 3-year-old daughter accidentally purchased a game from this company without my knowledge. The game was never used or played. I reached out to them politely via email and Facebook to explain the situation and kindly request a refund.
Instead of responding professionally or trying to assist a customer, they completely ignored my emails and literally BLOCKED me on Facebook just to avoid handling the request!
This is the lowest, most unprofessional and scammy behavior I have ever experienced from a gaming company. Blocking a paying customer who is seeking assistance is unacceptable. Avoid Falcon Games at all costs, they have zero customer support and terrible ethics!

Sobald man erste Käufe getätigt hat, bekommt man unzählige Updates des Spieles, man wird befördert und denkt man wäre nun ein guter Spieler. Aber das alles dient nur dazu das die Level unspielbar werden und man bekommt ständig PopUps das man dies Paket kaufen soll, dann dies und am Ende noch ein Paket. Ich habe 45 Euro für ein einziges Update ausgegeben und schaffe trotzdem nicht das nächste Level. Beschwerden werden klein geredet man müsse sich bessere Raumschiffe bauen, also auf Deutsch man soll noch mehr Geld ausgeben.
Für ein Online Spiel haben mir andere berichtet das sie über € 1.000.- ausgegeben haben und nicht weiter kommen weil die Level so schwer sind das man es nicht schaffen kann.
Für mich ist diese Plattform nur Abzocke und kompletter Betrug. Finger weg und vor allem gebt kein geld für ein Spiel aus, ein Online Spiel.
Kauft euch eine PS5 oder XBox oder Nintendo, da bekommt man etwas für sein Geld. Dieses Spiel dient nur dazu um Spieler zu melken.

Not receiving purchases from the game it’s a constant hassle and then they rip me off. There has got to be a federal agency that regulates these bunch of millennials.

I downloaded 3 of falcon studio games via Atlas earth. I have never downloaded these games before. They do not pay the promised rewards at all. It seems this company is a scam. They take the advertising revenue but do not pay the rewards.
I tried sending them a mail via their website. The mail fails to send every time.

People pay good money to play this game they spend numerous hours evolving & merging ships only for the company to go in & remove their powers because they say certain ships are too powerful but they will not give you a refund on the monies already spent then when you get onto Customer Care they gaslight you & tell you we have to balance the game because you are too powerful but you cannot reclaim any of the money you have spent they want you to spend more.
