Avoid at all costs. A terrible company to deal with. Products are complete rubbish and not as advertised. It’s been 2 months since I requested a refund and I’m still waiting.

Would have gave them a zero but Trustpilot doesn’t allow that ….. sadly
I bought the whisky adventure for my husband. Took over a month to arrive. Was nothing like what was advertised, which showed actual miniature bottles of whisky. I received a calendar that contained little plastic bottle shaped miniatures that you couldn’t even read what was on them. Complained but was asked to return item tracked to China to get a refund or I could keep item and get 10% back. Told them to stick their 10% as they falsely advertised the product. They then offered 20% refund. Told them that if their business was in this country they would be hounded by Trading Standards. Waiting on a reply. One of the bad things about having the internet is scam retailers from other countries can advertise whatever they like.

Ordered a Christmas present for my husband, never received it! Still waiting on a reply after 4 email attempts! £34 it cost me, had no reply just keep getting automated email replies! I'm really fed up and want a full refund! Please everyone DON'T BOTHER PURCHASING OFF THIS WEBSITE!!!!

If there was a Minus Zero Stars rating then I would have ticked it - what a horrible company- what a Scam of a company - ordered Advent Calendar’s for the family (Jack Daniel’s - Formula One Cars - Capybara toys ) and all I got was little plastic effects- took them long enough to deliver - waste of money - companies like this should be closed down - has taken over 8 weeks to get my money back as well

These people are absolutely con merchants. I ordered a Jack Daniels advent to the cost of £35 instead of £55. It came from China (should have been the first clue).
It arrived and was NOTHING at all like it was depicted online. I tried endlessly to get contact details to return the item (within their policy time frame) and they kept sending me the same automated message.
I did a charge back and they emailed me to ask why. I submitted my claim - heard nothing and was given my money back. They then replied! Saying I was a liar and that I thought the product was something that it wasn't and they put a screenshot in and added details that were not on the original advert.
The bank have withheld and said they can't do anything more and took the £35 back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

No option for ZERO STARS!
As per everyone elses reviews....100% STEER CLEAR.
This 'company' is a sham. The pictures on their website bear NO resemblance to the items that are finally received!
I just wish I would have read the reviews on this 'company' before I purchased the Jack Daniels glass mustang...absolutely tat. Lesson learned! Its cheap rubbish from China.
The problem is they wont be put off by bad reviews because its mostly bots that respond to your emails!

They are complete scammers, i received a product i did not order and now they say it is my responsibility for return shipping to China and now it's time to let's make a deal.

Horrible customer service.
I have ordered a Vintage car advent calendar on 22 Nov and supposedly they made 3 attempts to deliver in December but supposedly nobody was at home. This is a total lie as I was at home plus I have 24hr concierge which takes all deliveries so it's not possible for the delivery to have not been able to leave the package 3 times!!!
After I sent hundreds of emails, I got a few answers but always the same standard text most likely sent by bot.
I was finally advised yesterday 17 Jan that the item is being returned to them and they are investigating.
2 months after on 20 Jan I still don't have a clarity when I will be refunded for the item.
Never buy from this company! Total scam!

Fraud scammers product you get is nothing like the website. It’s just cheap and nasty tat. I don’t think delboy would have stooped so low. Harrods pricing for Poundland stock. They offer a refund then just gaslight you -1000!!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered the skull decanter as a xmas present end nov , finally arrived week after xmas , what I received bears Absolutely no resemblance to what was ordered ,wouldn't embarrass myself by giving as a present . Total & utter con .

Ordered the jack Daniel’s and royal crown Ozzy whiskey bottles. Such poor quality, nothing like the pictures. To make matters worse, my husband tried to make light of the situation and filled it with whiskey and placed it on a shelf. Sat there minding our own business when we heard a pop and the bottle had basically exploded and glass shattered everywhere. My granddaughter was sat close by, luckily not hurt but the situation could have been a lot worse. They want us to send the shattered glass in the original box back to china but then state they won’t issue a refund if the product is damaged. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I would give this a zero rating if I could. The product ordered and delivered after three weeks bore no resemblance to the product advertised and was a cheap imitation. This is a scam with zero customer service. Do not order from this company. To return the product you have to return to china and pay for tracking which costs nearly as much as the item with no guarantee that you will receive a refund. Shocking practice!

Same as everyone else on here. Decanter arrived as was plain cheap tat that you would buy from other cheap Chinese companies. All I keep getting back from them is to return it back to china which will cost more money to send then the product itself. I am reporting to trading standards and will go through my bank to get a refund. Do not buy from this company.

I wish I read all the comments before I ordered it. They are literally a scam. Their products are so fake. I ordered one of the Jack Daniels bottle as a gift. It is pretty embarrasing to give that to someone as a gift. I wish I had done more research. This is my first time getting a fake product. So dissappointed, please do not waste your money on this.

As usual the pictures look lovely quality for presents etc - so annoyed and sick of online rubbish - I hadn’t checked the reviews as I normally do - ordered jack danials whisky glass decanter - missed the Xmas period for presents due to really long delivery and when received was the poorest quality - that bad I could not give as presents - and of course you have to pay your own postage to china to get a refund if you’re lucky - AVOID!!!

I ordered the jack Daniels dad set for Christmas it arrived late and was poor quality with stickers stuck too it not at all as described. Poor customer service want me to pay £30 to return it before issuing a refund so going through bank.
Do not shop with them it’s a company run in china not the uk as listed on website

One star is really too much! This is absolute garbage! A scam! I ordered a very detailed skull decanter. What I received was absolutely nothing like the photo. A clear glass bottle with zero details. $50 for trash! I’ve filed a dispute with my bank. Do not waste your money!!

Do not buy from this company 100% rip off and cheap stickers on mustang car decanter. Go to amazon and buy it for a third of the price.

So so disappointed along with no alcohol which I accepted but for the glass to be crap as well gutted!!
