i hope tzaraine or kelly anne see this but you guys changed my life for the better,ill never forget the care,feeling of family and understanding i got while living lived in springfield house. even though it was residential care you still made sure each persons needs,difficulties and likes/dislikes were all taken care of.
you woudnt believe it but i had been telling staff earlier today how much you had changed my life and how much ive improved threw the confidence you all gave me.
im always telling anyone i know who is looking for residential care for there child to try you guys because you all do so much more than just care for people.
i can now watch tv with volume on and listen to music-i do online DJing in fact.
i coud say so much more but if anyone out there is thinking of working for fairfield residential or living there,do it,its a unique set up,and i will never ever forget what you all did for me,i even remember my first day there and the gift i was given-a patchwork quilt with cats on it-i still have this and use it.i still have the spongebob lego.
