I would just like to thank the Faircloth & Reynolds team in Coffs Harbour for the AC installation and the quick turnaround from the time the order was placed to installation.

Also would like to mention your installation staff were meticulous workers, friendly, polite and most of all clean tradesmen, the house was left as clean as when they walked in, much appreciated.

Everyone arrived when they said they would. The man I think Steve who came to quote was on time and was able to advice on size needed and was very professional. The technicians and electricians who pulled the old airconditioner out and fitted the new one were exemplary and professional. Highly recommend all.

From the start of the process - getting a quote to the installation of my new
air-conditioner the staff at Faircloth Reynolds were professional & informative.

Complete professionals from start to finish. The install was completed in one day and the team were meticulous in their operation even taking into account to put plastic down on the floors and furniture where required. Their expertise in showing us how to control the system after install was also appreciated and they named our zones individually to match our children’s names. Great touch! 👌🏽

Our experience with Faircloth & Reynolds (Rachel) was really good. From the first point of contact to arrange a quote to sales person (Dave) doing the measure and determining the position of unit.

Install went very well but electrician did not check that all circuits were functioning before he left so had to ring and get him back to fix light circuit,
Apart from that very happy with job

We have used Faircloth and Reynolds previously with good results, so had no hesitation calling them again to check our malfunctioning air conditioner. The two young men who came out were professional, knowledgable and so helpful. They serviced our bedroom aircon but explained why our older main house one should be replaced. We felt comfortable with that and the communication with the factory was excellent. Being Christmas/New Year it was not going to be possible to install a new air conditioner until mid January, however the company found a way to have one installed before Christmas and before the holiday period. Seeing that we are both elderly, and that we were experiencing a heat wave, it was the best Christmas present ever! The installers were efficient, professional and explained everything to us. The company recommended annual maintenance checks which we will definitely do.
