Professional, Polite and Friendly
The entire team, led by Cameron, were professional, polite and friendly. We were consulted on placement of all air conditioning components in all rooms and advised on the best positioning for optimum results.
The team made sure to leave all areas as they found them.
We would definitely recommend Faircloth and Reynolds.

The guys who came to install did a great job. They were friendly and paid attention to detail even double-checking the internal unit was level as our ceiling isn't!

A/C Install
The install of unit, and the spark was excellent. The cutting of the A/C outlets in the bedrooms was a mess as they didn’t put down covers to catch the dust. This was disappointing as we have all belongings in these rooms as we are renovating the rest of the house. In the roof the insulation batts were not replaced after cut outs were done and I have had to replace them myself which was an effort at 69 years of age. Otherwise we are very happy with the system that was installed- full ducted A/C of the house.

Your salesman was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and advised us well. Prices are extremely competitive and installation went perfectly.
