The two young men who were allocated my job were knowledgeable and friendly. They were hardworking and did not stop working from the time that they arrived at my home until the time that they left. It wasn’t an easy job for them, but they did not complain once.
They made sure that the installation of my reverse cycle air conditioner was completed thoroughly and answered any questions that I may have asked.
The electrician was a great mentor for the apprentice which was lovely to hear and see.
I would thoroughly recommend Faircloth & Reynolds to anyone who is thinking of installing air conditioning.

The follow up from the initial enquiry was rapid and helpful. A tech arrived on the day nominated (he was delayed because of a weekend callout on a Sunday - but we were informed of the delay prior to him coming).
The quote was thorough and timely and the installation was done on the day nominated and to our amazement completed on that day. Everything works very well... we now have a nice warm house at the touch of a button!

Timely quote, prepared to negotiate on price, scheduling easy and install team friendly and efficient. The Daikin system very good with temp sensors and individual zone adjustments. Remote control via wifi if away from home and lower power usage compared to previous system.

We just had another split aircon system installed by F & R. It was a very wet day when the installers, tradie Cameron and apprentice Murray turned up.

I think the job turned out more difficult than expected due to some recent renovations. However, these two men slogged it out, often outside in the rain with umbrellas clamped to step ladders, to get the job done.

I was especially impressed at the way that Cameron treated Murray. He was kind, courteous and thoroughly described everythingthat he was doing so that his apprentice Murray understood the process. This is very different (in my experience) to alot of 2-man teams, where the 'boss' can often treat the apprentice with disrespect.

When the two men left here they were soaked to the bone, having done an excellent job under arduous conditions. I could not imagine finding any other team that would surpass these two; they deserve gold medals.
