I would give negative stars if I could. This site is a complete SCAM.I ordered from them March and still never received my dress, I even got expedited shipping. I emailed several times to be completely ignored. STAY AWAY

I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and even received a confirmation email. I have heard nothing since. I have made several attempts to contact them for an update and all attempts have been ignored; email, text, phone calls, etc. Do NOT order from this company!

200% don’t recommend. I ordered 2 dresses worth approx $350 for my birthday knowing they have a return policy. it arrived later than my birthday and 1 dress quality is soo cheap that I would never wear it nor will sell it as per the quality.
Emailed them like 10 times for return of atleast 1 dress and no response from them.

One star is generous. They don’t reply. They charge you and don’t send the dresses. If you try to return they will not respond. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Absolutely horrified! I received a poor quality product that I was extremely disappointed with and after sending 4 refund requests I have zero response. Complete SCAM!

SCAMMERS!!! they do not reply in a timely manner. there is no live person to speak to. they tell you to text them if there are any problems.. more importantly they only offer STORE CREDIT!! . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!

I ordered an item on March 10th and they contacted me saying that it was out of stock (even though it showed in stock on their website). They gave me different style options to chose from of in stock items. Their communication was terrible but I finally picked out a new item. They told me to place the order for the new item and the refund was being handled on the backend of the order with the out of stock item. Because I needed it by a certain time, I ordered the new item. I followed up multiple times only to be told on March 25th that the "out of stock" item shipped. They have yet to acknowledge that it shouldn't have shipped or that they'd refund me, despite following their instructions. Do not purchase from this company!

If I could give 0, I would. Item never received, but worst part is they won’t respond to multiple attempts.

I ordered a dress twice for my daughter’s prom. I ordered the second one using expedited shipping trying to get one of them on time for alterations. Neither dress shipped. I tried to contact them, and they did not reply. I did wake up this morning to a refund. I would never order from or recommend this company to anyone.

I placed an order on February 4 for my 50th birthday celebration which is in early March. There hasn’t been any progress with shipment. I’ve messaged them twice sent 5 emails. No one responds. People work too hard for foolishness. If this supposed to be a real business, you need to close the doors. The worse!!!!

I placed an order on 1/25. The item has never shipped and I have been unable to reach ANYONE despite many times and ways of reaching out. I work hard for my money and I don't like being SCAMMED!

Do not order from here! This company takes your money but doesn't send the product. I tried reaching out to them 8+ times on multiple channels and never heard anything back. Luckily my bank refunded me, however Faeriesty then tried to charge me again. Please don't fall victim to this scamming company. I ordered a dress two months ago and never heard anything from them. I hope they get shut down by authorities

I ordered a dress off their website in August 2024. It's now October and I still have not received it. I have sent three emails and no one responds. Really disappointed. I would strongly recommend against shopping on this site.

I have ordered from Faeristy on multiple occasions and received my orders in a timely fashion. The merchandise was of great quality,
so I had zero worries when I placed my most recent order However, I recently placed an order early August today is September 5th, I have not heard back nor have I received the merchandise. I ordered the dresses for my 30th year high school class reunion. I am disgusted and disappointed. I have tried numerous times reaching out to the company and not one reply. I now have to go through ever means of getting my money back. It's so sad how people do what they can to manipulate innocent people out of their hard earned money. But rest assured this is not the last you will hear of me. I hope no one else orders from this company. Please do not!

Don't buy on that store. I purchased a dress for a wedding 2 months ago and I still didn't receive it. I contacted multiple times the store by Email and phone and I still don't have any reply. Also, you don't have any tracking numbers. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I just realize that you can't write a bad review directly on the Website : REDFLAG. I hope they will put the website down. I contacted my bank.

Ordered a Dress from them off of Queenly. They took my payment and never gave an update since then it's been2 months. I reached out to Queenly and they basically said seller is making the dress so I waited another 2 weeks. I decided to not wait any longer and canceled order and demanded a refund. Seller never responds or give updates on order. Scammers

Sent several messages on chat. This website is a scam! I have never gotten a response, the location of the stores on the website says temporarily closed. I ordered my dress on 4/16/2024 and it is still unfullfilled. I'm disputing with my credit card company. If I could give less than one star I would. Save yourself the hastle do not order from this company!!!

I bought a dress from this company, a black and gold sequin dress, back in November 2023. The dress was not as advertised; it looked cheap, had horrible material, and did not fit. $139, and it should not be more than $30. I contacted the company, and after multiple attempts, they sent me an address to return the dress and pay my return fee. I returned this dress through the post office on 12/11/2023. I bought it through Affirm and was surprised when Affirm claimed they had not been paid. I told them I returned the dress, and they told me to contact the merchant. This company will not respond to messages via the "Contact Us" page. So, I went to the BBB, who could not find the company or even elicit a response from them. I sent them another message. I want this company to send my money back, and I will file a claim in small claims court against them.

Horrible customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve sent multiple emails, chat request and left several voice mails to get instructions to return an a dress. No one has responded to any of my request. They only offer store credit which is fine at this point but the quality of the clothes is horrible. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE IT IS A SCAM!

If I could choose a negative star I would. This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever experience. I’ve sent multiple emails and attempted to contact via chat option for a return process. I have not received ONE response aside from their automated messages which is extremely unhelpful. I spent almost $300 and the ONLY offer store credit which is not appropriate as their clothing is so expensive and the event I needed the outfit for has passed. I have no use for any other outfits the offer. The order was not shipped on time, I had to download an app to track the order. I can’t find a customer service phone number to dispute this. I can’t get a response from the store. They don’t even provide clear a clear return process, where to ship the items to. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
